A Study On The Cultural Construction Of Honest And Honest Government Of The CPC Since The 18th National Congress

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has put forward the focus of anti-corruption work in the new period,vividly reflecting the Party's determination to build a clean and honest government in the new period with the eight words of "grasping iron with marks,stepping on stones and imprinting".It has proposed resisting all privileged acts,effectively restraining rights,and forming a strict punishment.The core of the work of the precautionary system,the safeguard system and the prevention system in the new period is to ensure the people's right to participate in the operation of the country and to strengthen the supervision of their rights,taking the "Eight Provisions" as the basic requirement.After the 18 th National Congress,with the joint efforts of procuratorial organs and governments at all levels,the Communist Party has made great breakthroughs and new developments in its anti-corruption struggle and construction of a clean and honest Party style.Although the construction of an honest and clean government culture has made important achievements,such as the progressive promotion of its value concept,the gradual establishment of its safeguard system and the gradual enrichment of its dissemination carriers,there are also some problems in the construction of an honest and clean government culture in grass-roots Party organizations,such as the unsatisfactory situation,the backward mode of propaganda and education,and the conservatism in the construction of an honest and clean government culture.The negative influence of unified culture and Western capitalist culture,inadequate investment in resources for the construction of clean government culture and inadequate mechanism for the construction of clean government culture.In view of this,this paper,taking the construction of the clean government culture of the Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress as the topic,adopts the methods of literature research,system analysis and the combination of theory and practice.On the basis of explaining the background and significance of the topic,it gives an overview of the clean government culture of the Communist Party of China,and from the three parts of achievements,shortcomings and the causes of the problems since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The present situation of the construction of the Party's culture of clean government is analyzed.Finally,in view of the existing problems,we can take measures to further promote the construction of the Party'sculture of clean government from three aspects.Firstly,we need to constantly strengthen the construction of the culture of clean government and improve the motive force of the construction of the culture of clean government in grass-roots Party organizations.Secondly,we need to establish and improve the system of the construction of the culture of clean government to ensure the orderly construction of the culture of Finally,we need to build a new communication platform,strengthen the propaganda of clean government culture,and constantly promote the construction of clean government culture of the Communist Party of China.
