Villages Relations And Integration Of The Regional Community

The orderly integration of grass-root society is the governance need of the state and society.Because there are autogenous social organizations and system,this will not be a problem in traditional society.But in the context of social changes,many disharmonious factors appear in some grass-root areas of our country,and this requires us to seek for reference and help from the traditional society.The Qili HeMu system village of the Li nationality studied in this paper remains a lot of traditional factors.Although the HeMu system and other traditional social and political organization forms don't exist,the traditionality of grass-root society has been remained.This traditionality not only reflects in the interior of village,but also between villages.The close connection and integration of villages in this area is worth studying and learning by other regions.This paper mainly applies field survey and literature review method to study the traditions and present remains of Qili grass-root society,it especially pays attention to study the tradition of close connection between villages and its formation mechanism.In addition to chapter one which introduces the basic situation,the main body of this paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter two is about the connection between villages in traditional times.In the traditional time,the integration of regional society mainly depends on the local social political organizations and system,and the most important are the “chamber” organization and HeMu system.Villages of the same chamber are actually the village alliance,constituting a rather close political and social connection.Although the HeMu system is an economic organization system from a formal point of view,it also performs a certain political and social functions.The specific performance is that the collective interaction and exchange between villages are carried out with "HeMu" head as the leader.Chapter three mainly explains the relationship between local villages after the founding of new China.In this period,due to the intervention of modern government and institution,traditional local organizations and institutions have been abolished.But until the reform and opening up policy was carried out,because the collective production mode was coupled with the traditional local production mode on the form,the relationship within the village had not changed too much,the collective exchange between villages are carried out with village cadres as the leader.After the reform and opening up,with the decomposition of village's collective resources,the exchange subject between villages has changed from village leaders to common individual villagers.Chapter four will point out the formation logic of the close relationships between villages in this region.It is mainly due to the establishment of "co presence",namely this region has a set of autogenous mechanism that makes all parties in the same place.It is because of everyone is constant co presence,they have the collective consciousness.Party and banquet are the main means to establish the common sense of co presence,which are also the traditional social habits of local Li society.However,this village exchange activities were carried out by village leaders,and now it is transferred to the “head” of each exchange activity.In the summary section,the author points out: In terms of the region studied in this paper,the social change in this region is the change of form but not the essence,namely traditional village communication and integration form has changed,but traditionality has been greatly remained,especially reflecting in the value of exchange subject.The close relationship between villages is closely related to local historical tradition and customs.It is just because of the formation mechanism of traditional co presence has been remained as before,the unity and integration of local community becomes possible.Such a formation mechanism for the social integration of local grass-root society has a reference value to other regions.
