Research On The Thought Of Science And Technology Of China's Communist Party From The Founding Of PRC

Science and technology play a role as a powerful lever in promoting human progress.Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution,technology has become the main momentum to boost the productive force,which has deeply changed social economic living feature in the mankind.At present,the world is on the eve of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,providing opportunities for China to surpass advanced world levels in technology area.Since establishment of the PRC in 1949,science and technology in our country have made great development under the poor and blank ground,lots of significant technical achievements have been made,such as synthetic insulin,atomic bomb,hydrogen bomb and artificial satellite,hybrid rice,supercomputer and manned spacecraft,which could be regarded as a great miracle in the history of the development of science and technology.Thus under the guidance of the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party,China's science and technology shift from follower to companion around the world in less than seventy years,China has even become the leader in some scientific and technological fields.The work report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly proposed:in order to provide strong support for the construction of a global scientific power,we should accelerate the construction of innovation country,strengthen base science research,follow closely the frontier technologies.Accordingly,research on the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party is not only beneficial for our mastery and understanding of the theory,but also is of great value to promote the development of scientific and technical undertaking of our country.The paper adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research and analytical induction,basis on Scientific and Technological Thought of Marx,Scientific and Technological Thought of Chinese traditional thought,along with modern western scientific and technological theory,after comprehensively analyzing the development process of the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party,devides the development of the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party since the founding into three periods:the Socialist Revolution and Construction Period;the Reforming,Opening up and Modernization period and the Chinese Characteristic Socialism Period.The main contents of the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party are also summarized from five aspects:functional attributes of science and technology,target location of science and technology innovation,human resources support and system requirement,along with risk prevention of the development of science and technology.The characteristics of the Thought of Science and Technology of China's Communist Party from the founding are explained:progress with times,practicality after tests,determined creativity and distinctive nationality.Meanwhile,the practice value of this thought has also been pointed out from the perspectives of optimizing the environment for scientific and technological innovation,cultivating innovative talents,reforming the management system and managing technological risks.
