| The factors of obstruction are analysed in this text in the light of the analyses of the basic theory of technology innovation and the present condition for technology innovation in the enterprise that belonged to the Research Institute subordinate to former nation ministries.According to the management of technology innovation activity from abroad and home, the successful analyses of innovation pattern for choice and combination with the reality of the enterprises of science and technology, the author approaches this type of enterprises from the adjustment of the organism, choice of suitable pattern for innovation, establishment of technology innovation system and the corresponding operating system in order to provide some views for technology innovation in the enterprise of science and technology under the condition of market economy. |
