One man cannot live and a country cannot prosper without integrity.It comes at a good time when our Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a historical period.To upgrade the country's governance systems and capabilities,coordinate the implement of 4-pronged strategy and ultimately make the dream of rejuvenation come true,our country must strengthen the socialism legal construction as well as moral construction,which means ruling the country by law and Virtue,guide our people to pursue noble moral realm and comprehensively improve their moral quality.At present,moral anomie and moral indifference phenomena still exist,far away from achieving the goal of powerful socialist country.We need to rely on moral education to strengthen the construction of socialist morality,guide people to have morality,respect morality and observe morality and cultivate civil good moral character.In 2001,CPC's Central Committee issued “citizen ethics construction program”,consolidating the key joint of improving civil moral quality.Through the efforts of families,schools,institutions,enterprises and other aspects,the education of the civil moral quality has been greatly enhanced.From that time,China's civil morality education became widespread in the whole society.There are still some problems of Rigid education,making it difficult inspiring people's enthusiasm of getting educated,which discounts the effects of education.Chinese traditional culture has a long history,deep and sophisticated.The ideological concept,the moral standard and the humanistic spirit,getting beyond space and time,embody values.It has an imperceptible influence on Chinese way of thinking and behaving.In the course of a long history,Chinese people create a whole set of moral education systems,including official education,private schools and colleges,with the emergence of a multitude of great educators,such as Confucius,Mencius,Zhu xi and Wang shouren.Traditional Chinese culture contains rich moral education ideas,content and methods.They can provide beneficial inspiration for the civic moral education.Under the new situation that our party and state strengthen and deepen the construction of civic morality and vigorously promote the inheritance and promotion of the fine traditional culture,civil ethics construction should match the education tasks and the moral level of a citizen.It makes great realistic sense for optimizing civil moral education and improving its effect to fully cognize,seriously excavate and absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture,refine those adapted to modern society and incorporate them to civil moral education.This paper explores the relationship between traditional culture and civic moral education.On that basis,the paper digs into the relevant theories of Marxist classical writers and sinicization of Marxism,combine domestic and foreign scholars' theoretical and practical experience in carrying out moral education.This paper systematically tease the value element in civic morality education in traditional culture,analyze the dilemma of the value realization of traditional culture in education and the cause and actively explore the path of its value realization,boosting the effect of civic moral education.The research contents of this paper contain the following six parts:Chapter 1,introduction.It mainly contains the research background and significance,the review of the research status at home and abroad,the thoughts and methods of the research and the innovation and insufficiency of the thesis.Chapter 2,overview on traditional culture and civil moral education.This part expounds the meaning of traditional culture and moral education,clarifying the relationship between traditional culture and moral education,discussing the necessity in existence of traditional cultural value.Chapter 3,the theoretical basis of traditional culture's in civil moral education.This part mainly summarizes the theoretical foundation in civil moral education,including the classic Marxist theory,sinicization of Marxism and Relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars,which provides theoretical support for the paper.Chapter 4,the value element of traditional culture in ci vil moral education.This part systematically tease the ideas,content,methods and systems in civil moral education and illustrate the usefulness of traditional culture in the education of civicl morality,providing basic connotation and useful material for its research and absorption of traditional culture's value.Chapter 5,the dilemma about the realization of traditional culture's value in education and its cause.In this part we mainly summarize the dilemma of the realization of traditional culture's value in education and its cause through analyzing data and current status of moral education,to provide practical reference for it.Chapter 6,the path to realize traditional culture's value in education.This part is the focus of the full text.It optimizes the path of therealization of traditional culture's value in education from five respects,including clearing moral education's principle and request,using the carrier,building the environment and value security system.It promotes the improvement of civil moral education as well as improves civil moral quality.
