Research On The Thought And Practice Of The Chinese Communist Party's Cultural Leadership During The New Democratic Revolution

As the cornerstone of regime legitimacy,the cultural hegemony was a vital issue on the future of CCP,the long period of stability of China and the national cohesion,which had the spiritual and valuable function from the period of new-democratic revolution to the period of socialist construction.CCP put the cultural hegemony construction into Chinese social revolution in the period of new-democratic revolution,under the impact of the multi-culture and diverse trends of social thoughts,who transform the Marxism revolutionary theory into the revolutionary action of broad masses of the people by explaining,applying and innovating the Marxism,resulting to political mobilization,spiritual cohesion and value guidance,which finished the tremendous changes politics and culture at length.CCP's cultural hegemony faced serious challenges with the deep changes of the conditions of the world,China and CCP.The collapse of the defensive line of ideology and culture,was the beginning of the collapse of regime.Under the background of diversification trends in social consciousness,coexistence and interweave in social thoughts and culture area,how to consolidate Marxism's guiding position in ideology area;how to safeguard foundation of legitimacy;how to gain the idea identity from the populace,was a significant issue for CCP.The paper studied CCP's cultural hegemony thoughts development venation in the period of new-democratic revolution,from the perspective of theory and practice,exploring the path to constructing cultural hegemony in different areas,summarizing experience and law,offering the reference to consolidating Marxism's guiding position in ideology area today.The paper contained three parts.The introduction part:The part introduced the basic concept,study cause,significance,situations,purpose,methods and so on.The first chapter:This chapter studied the theory source and the practice basis of proletarian cultural hegemony,showing the common concern about proletarian cultural hegemony in different historical context and in different countries.Based on the historical materialism of Marx and Engels,Lenin and Gramsci created the new development respectively.The second chapter:The chapter presented the development process of cultural hegemony thoughts and its characteristics.Firstly,Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao's emphasis on ideological and cultural leadership that meant the proletarian cultural hegemony thoughts entering into the embryonic stage.CCP attached great importance to the propaganda and education work,using many methods to the work of publicity and education of Marxism theory.Secondly,Qu qiubai puts forward the concept of proletarian cultural hegemony thoughts as the pioneer,illuminating the necessity,constructing the practice paths of popularization of revolutionary literature and art.However,CCP lacked the wholly profound understanding about t the proletarian cultural political thoughts,revealing the scientific nature and truthfulness of Marxism and the historical inevitability of the leadership of CCP,showing the core position of political thoughts in the ideological,revealing the necessity of the dominance status of Marxist in ideology area,through the controversy of“China's destiny”,founding of the democratic nation plan and the three people's principles.The fifth chapter:This chapter studied the experiences and practical functions of CCP's cultural hegemony historical process in the period of new-democratic revolution,which contained that Marxism cultural hegemony was the prerequisite;theoretical innovation was the core;the cultural united front is the foundation;the popularization of Marxism is the purpose;the Marxist intellectuals were the backbone.The historical experiences offered the enlightenment:To build the guiding position of Marxism in cultural construction area;to develop the Marxist theory team for laying the solid foundation to proletarian cultural hegemony;to follow the rules of cultural hegemony construction in social field,academic field,politic field and other different fields to promote the proletarian cultural hegemony construction completely.Besides,the Marxism academic construction should become the backbone project in Chinese diverse academic area.CCP should guide the correct direction of news and public opinion and innovate the way of publicity.
