Study On The Socialist Rule Of Law Supervision With Chinese Characteristics

Supervision is the inevitable choice of human cognitive rationalization of power.Rule of law supervision is to use the thought of rule of law and the way of rule of law to supervise power.The Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics is the product combined with the thought of the supervision of Marxism and the practice of supervision in our country,especially the practice of a Comprehensive Framework for Promoting the Rule of Law since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As the development of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rule of law has gradually become the basic way for the Party to lead the people all aspects of governance,the mission of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics is more prominent.In this study,with the rule of law supervision as the core concept,with the subject of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics,using the marxist theory and related disciplines theory and method,it had been systematically and comprehensively study these problem,such as theoretical foundation and cultural resources,historical evolution and its regularity and development power and on the basis of narrating,existing problems and its causes,realization paths and principles.And it put forward some Suggestions for that improvement and development of the strategy,system and system.In this paper,including the introduction and five chapters altogether six parts.The introduction part explains the origin and significance of the problem,reviews the current situation of relevant academic research,defines the relevant basic concepts,and explains the research ideas,research methods,innovations and shortcomings.The first chapter discusses the ideological and theoretical conditions of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.Marxist supervision thought is an important theoretical source of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.The idea of sinicizing marxism supervision,especially the thought of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics,is the direct theoretical basis of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.The thought of the rule of law supervision in fine traditional Chinese culture is the cultural foundation of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.Western power supervision thought is an important resource to the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.The second chapter examined the institutional patterns and evolutions of the rule of law supervision in the modern history of China,and analyzed the process of standardization and institutionalization of the rule of law supervision,and explaind the influence factors,such as the historical events,the objective factors and evolution rule.For the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics,the fundamental guarantee was to uphold the leadership of the party,the basis for existence was political stability and the unity of the rule of law,the basic power lies in the economic and social development.The third chapter was a general analysis of the power of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.The Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics was a inevitable consequence of the Chinese socialist system of laws going towards a Chinese system of socialist rule of law;was a reflection of that people's ever-growing needs for a better life in the rule of law;was the task of modernization of our country,especially the modernization construction of the rule of law;and made a systematic and profound investigation by placing it in that "The Four Pronged Strategy".The fourth chapter makes a deep analysis of the current situation of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.Elaborate on some of the achievements that were made in practice,raised some questions that exist in practice of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics,such as lack of conscious awareness of the supervision of the rule of law,the shortage of system specifications,lack of effect of combined.In-depth analysis was made on that origin of these problem.The fifth chapter demonstrates the basic principles and paths of perfecting and developing the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics.We focud on solving problems;and combined inheriting historical resources,drawing on foreign resources and analyzing current realities;expounded the basic principles of the Socialist Rule of Law Supervision with Chinese Characteristics;Discussed the way to cultivate the concept of supervision,the way to perfect the law and the way to construct the system.
