Research On The Cultivation Of Socialist Rule Of Law Culture With Chinese Characteristics

This paper mainly analyses the cultivation of socialist rule of law culture with Chinese characteristics from a broad cultural perspective.It is believed that the culture of rule of law comes into being with the continuous progress of material and spiritual civilization in human society.On the premise of good law and good governance,with the purpose of restricting power and safeguarding rights,members of society have a longterm and stable mentality and behavior of rule of law.That is to say,the cultivation of the culture of rule of law requires at least three aspects of research and efforts.One premise is good law and good governance,which belongs to the institutional form of the culture of rule of law.The two elements are that the members of society generally have the mental and spiritual patterns of the rule of law,such as the thinking of the rule of law,the spirit of the rule of law and the belief in the rule of law,and that the members of society can generally act on the basis of the laws,regulations and norms that have been formulated.The socialist culture of rule of law with Chinese characteristics has not only the common attributes of human culture of rule of law,but also the culture of rule of law with Chinese characteristics and temperament based on the reality of China's national conditions.It is the key to solve China's problems from the perspective of China and China's methods.
