Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Network Communication Of The Socialist Core Values

The core values of socialism are our party's latest understanding of socialist value and the important conclusion that our party conforms to the consensus of the whole Party and the whole society.With the continuous development of information technology,the network has become the most important information media in the present society.Network media not only has prominent economic attributes,but also has distinct political attributes.It is not only a carrier of social values,but also a medium of social values.At present,various values are rapidly spreading and scrambling for their positions in the cyberspace,which profoundly affect people's value selection and value pursuit.In the face of fierce exchanges blended multiple values in network confrontation,there is an urgent need to strengthen the socialist core values of network communication,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of socialist core values in the network space and network public groups become the basic value criterion.Therefore,this dissertation studies the related concepts,structural functions,realistic predicaments and related countermeasures of the network communication of the socialist core values.First,the dissertation answers what is the online communication of socialist core values and why it can carry.It holds that the online communication of socialist core values refers to the dissemination of the socialist core value system,the "three Advocates" and various kinds of computer activities through the internet by individuals,groups and units,as well as the activities of processing and distributing words,pictures,audios and videos centered on "three Advocates" and socialist core values.The communication subjects are individuals,groups and units.At the level of the objects of media,it includes not only specific contents of the socialist core value system and “Three Advocates”,but also tremendous information on computers about the socialist core value system and “Three Advocate”;At the level of the communication channels,it includes much online accesses,such as Internet and Local Area Network.This dissertation,from the perspective of the necessity and feasibility,proves that online spread in the socialist core value is essential and viable from aspects of theory,oughtness and reality.Second,the dissertation discusses the four elements,three structures and four functions of the network communication of socialist core values.In the perspective of H·Lasswell's 5W Mode,the dissertation considers communication subject,object,contents and channels as the four elements and will give further analysis respectively.Based on the four elements and considering all the possibilities of the integration of these elements,the dissertation concludes three structures of the network communication of core socialist value—subject-dominant structure,object-demand structure and environment-impact structure.Then,according to the interactions of these elements and structures,the dissertation leads to the four functions of the network communication of socialist core values—to maintain the Party's ruling status,to mold netizens' s values,to satisfy people's cultural demand and to optimize the environment of network communication.Third,this dissertation discusses the major difficulties in socialism core value spreading through networks which are element dilemma,mechanism dilemma and spreading environment dilemma.The element dilemma represents difficulties in subjectivity,objectivity and contents of online spread of socialism core value.The three aspects lying in supplying side,participating system and transmission system can be concluded in mechanism difficulties.Environment difficulties consist of plights both in public and private environment.Fourth,this dissertation analyses the countermeasures of dilemma in network communication of socialist core values.For speech dilemma,the dissertation argues that to create the network communication discourse of socialist core values,it is a must to uphold the principles of the unification of political nature and affinity to the people,the unification of criticism and inclusiveness,the unification of inheritance and creativity and the unification of nationality and universality.This dissertation has also put forward countermeasures concerned from four aspects: the principle part,the receptor,the content and the methods of discourse.For institutional dilemma,this dissertation makes a countermeasure study from three aspects: the participation,supply and diffusion mechanisms in the network communication of socialist core values.For environmental dilemma,this dissertation analyses the optimizing countermeasures of public and personal environment of network communication of core social values.
