Modeling And Optimization Of Armament System Of Systems Development Based On Operation Loop

How to develop Armaments System of Systems(ASoS),to enhance the military strength determines the vital interests of a country.If the development of Armaments system of systems is not scientific and reasonable,the mistakes will cause a waste of financial and material resources of the state power and technology,even would lead directly to miss national military transformation period.This makes us to consider,how to utilize the limited resources to the future development of our military armaments in order to adapt to the future integrated joint operation? How to carry on the development plan of the armaments can reduce the risk,avoid the waste of the resources and the technology?As one of important research problems in ASoS engineering,research on ASoS development has great theoretical significance and application value,so it has become more and more important.based combat ring theory as a guide,focus on ”how to describe the armament system of systems”,”what kind of system development plan is good” and ”how to optimize the system development plan” three issues,systematically study the modeling,analysis and optimization of development plan of weapon system.The main research work and innovative points are as follows:1.A network description and modeling method based on operation loop is proposed.How to describe the Armament System of Systems(ASoS),especially how to describe the relationships between armaments,has been a difficult problem in the research of ASoS.The description of the operational process based on OODA cycle theory reveals that every armament in ASoS would be comprised in operation loops in the process of operation in order to attack targets.Hence,definition and mathematical model of the operation loop is put forward,and then dynamic network model of ASoS is proposed based on operation loos.The network model is able to describe cooperation relationships between armaments,which could be used to analysis relation between the structure and efficiency of ASoS.2.The model of ASoS development planning model is proposed.The confrontation of both sides is an important factor in the decision of ASoS development.From the perspective of confrontation between two sids,ASoS development planning models towards the key target,multi-targets and multi-scenarios are built.Decision variables,constraints and the objective function of optimization model is given.In the ASoS development planning model towards the key target,the development planning model under the certain information and uncertain information are discussed respectively;in the the ASoS development planning model towards multi-objectives,models without temporal budget constraints and with temporal budget constrains are proposed respectively.Conflicts between targets is analyzed and conflicts resolution method is put forward;in the model towards multi-scenarios,conflicts between time,optimization objectives and scenarios are discussed,and methods of conflicts resolution is put forward.From the model towards the key target to the model towards multi scenarios,not only the kinds and number of conflicts gradually increased,but also ASoS models become more realistic,and every model is extended for the previous model.3.Optimization method of ASoS development plan is proposed.According to the optimization objectives and constraints of ASoS models,the optimization method based on CMA-ES is used to optimize development plan in models towards the key targets and multi-targets.the optimization method based on NSGA-III is proposed to optimize the development plan in the model toward multi-scenarios.In the process of optimization,constraints handling method is explained.The stability of optimization algorithms is analyzed through the example,and he effectiveness of the proposed optimization algorithms is also verified.4.The property of ASoS development plan is analyzed.Through the analysis of the ASoS development planing model,properties of effective development plan are proposed,which implies that the selected new armaments must be included in operation loops,and operation loops should be more effective than former operation loops.At the same time,armaments should not be developed too early or late.In addition,optimized ASoS development plans in three models are analyzed,focusing on analysis of the effect of the total cost and the number of grants to the ASoS development plan.The result of analysis advices that we should give priority to the development of the new armaments which participate in multiple operation loops.
