party and state power,shows lasting and powerful vitality.With the achievement of China's reform and opening up,the Chinese model,and Discussion on the way of success in China is becoming a major problem in Chinese and foreign political science.Fundamentally,the achievement of China's development stems from the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China is a unified whole in accordance with democratic centralism.The leadership of the party to the state power is also allocated and operated according to the principle of democratic centralism.The democratic centralism is a main line that runs through the political structure of China,and it is the intermediary mechanism linking the party and state power.Political system plays a fundamental and leading role in the governance and development of a country.In this sense,the democratic centralism is a key to the study of China's mode.The study of democratic centralism is already quite rich.However,the existing research focuses on the proposal and development of democratic centralism or the specific problems existing in the operation of democratic centralism.The research on the internal mechanism and institutional advantages of democratic centralism is not enough.The contrastive research methods in China and foreign countries are lacking.Of course,the research on the origin,development and connotation of democratic centralism provides a solid foundation for us to further understand and analyze the inherent mechanism and institutional advantages of democratic centralism.On the subject aspect,the democratic centralism is not only the fundamental organization and leadership system of the party,but also the organizational principle of the state power,and it is a core mechanism linking the party and the state organically.In terms of content,democratic centralism is not only an organizational principle at a static level,but also a dynamic level of leadership and decision making.That is to say,democratic centralism is the composition and operation system of the party's power and realizes the unification of organization form and organization process.This paper studies the democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China,tracing its origin,combing the process of its development,examining its essential connotation,analyzing its institutional advantages,facing the limitations of its existence and the ongoing reform.The thesis strives to understand and understand the fundamental political system of this party and state from a higher position and a more China.This chapter is divided into four stages: formation and maturity,continuous improvement and tortuous development,development and innovation,and the eighteen big ones.The paper summarizes the practice and development of democratic centralism in different historical stages,and reviews the concrete historical process and performance of democratic centralism as the principle of state power construction.The third chapter,based on the historical analysis of the first two chapters,analyzes the system connotation,system orientation and content of democratic centralism.In terms of system connotation,we mainly define "democracy" and "centralization" in democratic centralism.In terms of system orientation,democratic centralism is the fundamental organization and leadership of the Communist Party of China.At the same time,based on the unique path of China's national construction,the democratic centralism has evolved from the party organization principle to the organizational principle of the state power("the regime"),and has become a bridge linking the party and the state.The content of the system will be summarized and demonstrated from the two dimensions of the party and the state.The fourth chapter analyzes the institutional advantages of democratic centralism.In terms of political parties,democratic centralism has created the organizational strength and leadership power of modern state construction.In terms of state power,democratic centralism is the most important institutional principle of China's model,not only with the essential attribute of democracy,but also the intermediary mechanism of the transformation of the state governance system to the governance capacity.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems and limitations of democratic centralism,and analyzes a series of reform and improvement measures adopted by the CPC Central Committee since the eighteen.The problems include power concentrating on the minority and the unified leadership system of the party.Since eighteen,the Communist Party of China has carried out a series of reforms,including strengthening inner party supervision,deepening the reform of discipline
