The Development Process And Empirical Research Of The Party's Democratic Centralism During The Period Of The New Democratic Revolution

Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle and leadership system of the Communist Party of China,and it is an important magic weapon to ensure the success of China's revolution,construction and reform.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the Party led the establishment of the people's army,and the Party led the people's army and the people of the whole country in the arduous armed struggle,and finally seized power.With the establishment of new China,democratic centralism has become the organizing principle of state power.The Communist Party of China is a proletarian political party founded on the principles of Marxism-Leninism,and democratic centralism is the Party's greatest institutional advantage.At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,it was proposed to uphold democratic centralism,improve and develop intra-Party democracy and implement relevant systems of correct centralism,and enhance the Party's ability to set the direction,plan for the overall situation,formulate policies,and promote development.To achieve the first centenary goal and stand at a new historical starting point and give full play to the advantages of democratic centralism is of great significance to upholding and improving the Party's leadership and advancing the modernization of China's governance system and capacity.Guided by Marxist theory,based on literature research method and based on important documents such as central documents and learning materials of the Political Bureau,this paper sorts out,analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the development process and experience of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China in the period of new democratic revolution,and divides it into four parts.Firstly,it discusses the theoretical origin of democratic centralism and points out that Marxist theory is its theoretical foundation and Lenin's thought of democratic centralism is its theoretical guidance.Secondly,the development process of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China in the early period of its foundation,the Great Revolution,the Agrarian Revolution,the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation is analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes the CPC's historical experience in implementing democratic centralism during the period of the new democratic revolution,as well as the important enlightenment to the modernization of the party building,national governance system and governance capacity in the new era,and puts forward countermeasures for realizing the overall leadership of the Party and improving inner-party democracy and people's democracy.
