As the basic organizational system and leadership system of the party,democratic centralism is the advantage of our party system,which plays a significant role in the political life and social development of the party and the country.the destruction of the Soviet communist party also instructs the party to adhere to this fundamental system.The Chinese communist party enriched this theory and formed democratic centralism with Chinese characteristics by applying Marxism-Lenin's democratic centralism to the concrete revolution and construction in China.At present,the degree of democracy in the party is increasing,and the leadership of the party is more scientific and accurate,which shows that the construction of democratic centralism of the party has great achievements.However,in the joy of the success achieved,but also can not ignore the implementation of the system still has problems.Because of the lack of party's leading cadres and party members' party spirit,the grasp of democracy and centralized relationship is not yet in place,leading to centralized and excessive problems still exist.With the development of the market economy,the diversification of interests has become the normal,and it brings about the worship of money,individualism and utilitarianism constantly eroding the party's democratic life;For the misunderstanding of democratic centralism and the lack of democratic supervision,formalism still exists in the democratic life of the party.We should pay more attention to these problems and perfect the construction of democratic centralism in the process of seeking solutions.First of all,to improve the party spirit of cadres and party members,this is the most important task,to deepen the education of leading cadres and party members,on the basis of pure theoretical education,combined with practical education and party spirit education,multi-angle continuous education activities;Second,to strengthen the construction of inner-party democracy as a starting point to regulate the democratic life in the party,we should clarify the main status of party members,protect party members' right to know,participate in the right to vote and supervision,to reform and improve the party's collective leadership and democratic decision system;Finally,we should strengthen the external force of democratic centralism,strengthen the supervision consciousness of party members and the masses,individual supervision organizations,lower level supervisors,supervise the operation of democratic centralism,and comprehensively promote the inner-party inspection system.
