Democratic Centralism,as a new type of proletarian party organization principle,was born in the Social Democratic and Labour Party of Russia at the Tusmore Conference in 1905.In fact,the idea of democratic centralism can be traced back to the turbulent early working class revolutionary movement of the 19 th century.In 1847,Marx and Engels reformed League of Just,founded Communist League,and reorganized Communist League in 1850,the democratic centralism of the proletarian party's organizational principle began to germinate until Lenin formally proposed the democratic centralism.From Lenin's taking democratic centralism as a condition for joining the communist international to the Chinese communist party's writing it into the party constitution,democratic centralism has been developing and maturing in the revolutionary struggle of the proletariat against oppression and for the freedom and liberation of the proletariat at home and abroad.Today,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the communist party of China has made great achievements.As the fundamental organizational principle,organizational system and leadership system of the party and the state,democratic centralism still shows its enduring and tenacious vitality.It has special historical and political reasons for the emergence of Democratic centralism.On the basis of inheriting Marx and Engels' exploration of proletarian organizational principle,the organizational principle of the new-type proletarian party put forward by Lenin is Centralism rather than Democratic centralism.However,after the drastic changes in the social and political fields of Russia in 1905,Lenin advanced Democratic centralism of the new-type Proletarian Party on the basis of centralism on the basis of fully studying,comparing and drawing lessons from the beneficial elements of the democratic party organization principle.It was difficult for Lenin to put forward and practice the organizational principle of democratic centralism.After democratic centralism was accepted by the Chinese Communists in 1922,the CPC had an opinion on how to understand it.How to combine democratic centralism with China's revolution and socialist construction has also experienced a long process of exploration.The CPC's understanding and practice of democratic centralism has been continuously deepened and developed from the organizational principle of the early establishment of the CPC in 1922,the basic law of party building at the seventh CPC Congress in 1945,the most fundamental system of the CPC and the State in 1949,and the greatest institutional advantage of the CPC in the new era.This paper research on the Chinese communist party's democratic centralism theory origin,development,new era,to further promote the development of democratic centralism perfect and some new ideas and new measures taken and the plight of the new era,the party's democratic centralism and solution.Paper consists of five parts: the preface includes the theory,the historical and realistic significance of topic selection;Literature review;Research planning;Research methods;Theoretical tools and so on.Chapter One follows the method of literature research to systematically sort out the theoretical origin of the democratic centralism of the communist party of China from the perspective of history.Firstly,this paper introduces the exploration process and theoretical contribution of Marxist classical writers from Marx and Engels to Lenin on democratic centralism.The second chapter summarizes the exploration and improvement of democratic centralism of Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.The third chapter summarizes a series of new ideas,new ideas and new measures put forward by the party central committee with Xi Jinping as the core since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)in order to further improve the party's democratic centralism under the background of unprecedented changes in a century.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the practical problems,causes and solutions in the implementation of the democratic centralism of the communist party of China in the new era.
