Research On The Theory And Practice Of The Chinese Communist Party's Rural Social Construction

Development is the perpetual theme of human society.Social construction is the basic component of the society and the indispensable segment of sustainable development of modern society.The proposition of social construction shows that the communist party of China has understands and generalizes the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new way.Social construction is an important part of the overall layout of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As the foundation and key of China's social construction,the development of social construction in rural areas directly influences and restricts the historical process of the nationwide social construction.However,the current social construction in rural area is the weakest link in promoting the social construction of socialism.Therefore,starting from the reality and the basic theory of social construction and social construction in rural areas,and on the basis of analyzing theoretical basis and practical experience of social construction in rural area made by the communist party of China since the founding of the People's Republic of China,according to the historical process of the rural society development,this article deeply describes theories and practice of the social construction in rural areas from successive central collective leadership of the communist party of China,and in an exploratory way,the author sums up the basic experience of social construction in rural areas of the communist party of China and points out the basic ideas for further promoting the social construction in rural areas.This article is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 IntroductionThis part mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance,the research status,research objectives,research methods and innovation of the thesis,etc.Chapter 2 The basic theory of the social construction in rural areasThis part focuses on some basic theories of social construction in rural areas:its scientific connotation,basic contents and related concepts,which are the basis of analyzing the issues of social construction in rural areas of the communist party of China.Chapter 3 The ideological basis and practical experiences of the social construction in rural areas of the communist party of ChinaThis part mainly covers four aspects:first,the rural social construction theory of Marxism;second,the rural social construction practice of Soviet Union;third,the rural social construction practice of the communist party of China in the period of New-democratic revolution;and fourth,the theories and practice of the social construction in rural areas of capitalist countries.Among them,the rural social construction theory of Marxism mainly includes the ideas of the relationship between urban and rural areas,equity and justice,all-round development of people's freedom,social security and rural labor transfer and employment.The rural social construction practice of Soviet Union(the socialist country)mainly includes development and reform of rural education,rural medical and health care and the problems of rural labor transfer,etc.The practice of social construction in rural areas by the communist party of China during the New-democratic period mainly involves making efforts to achieve the fundamental interests of the peasants,emphasizing the improvement of rural people's livelihood,exploring the rural social security,and developing the rural medical and health care,and attaching great importance to the development of rural education,etc.The theory and practice of rural social construction of capitalist countries are studied from two aspects.On the basis of these theories and practice,the communist party of China has further developed the theories and practice of social construction in rural areas.Chapter 4 The theory and practice of the communist party of China about social construction in rural areas during the period of the socialist constructionStarting from the international and domestic environment of that time,this part mainly studies the theoretical development and practical exploration of social construction in rural areas under the central collective leadership of Chinese communist party with Mao Zedong as the core leader since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Chapter 5 The theory and practice of social construction in rural areas accumulated by the communist party of China during the new period of reform and opening upBy investigating different international and domestic situations in different historical stages since China's reform and opening up,this part states theories and practice of social construction in rural areas under successive central collective leadership of the communist party of China in the new period of reform and opening-up.Chapter 6 The basic experience of the communist party of China about social construction in rural areasBased on detailed study of theories and practice of rural social construction of the communist party of China,this part explanatorily summarizes the basic experiences of social construction necessity to seize the historical opportunity of the construction of new socialist rural aera under the guidance of some basic experiences in social construction in rural areas accumulated by the Chinese communist party,to further promote social construction in rural areas by adopting some strategies of promoting the sustainable development of social causes in rural areas,strengthening to innovate the rules and regulations of construction,improving the rural social management level.
