The purpose of this research is to highlight the aging and elderly care in Pakistan,a country considered the seventh most populous country in the world with an estimated population of 220 million people. In 2013,Pakistan signed an MoU with China for about 56 billion in US $ to create opportunities for the youngsters, but there was no story of opportunity included for the senior citizens. An attempt has been made to raise awareness of the plight of seniors to the Pakistan government's attention;however, since there is no formal policy dedicated to elders from the Chinese mega MoU and political instability, little has been accomplished to better the lives of older adults.Modernization has had a major impact on the life of older Pakistani, and not always a positive effect. This research focuses on the important issues that are making the lives of senior citizens more difficult. The issues include psychological factors, anxiety, physical issues, and envirornmental issues. The research concludes while many factors are making the lives of senior citizens problematic, seniors are still living a satisfied life because they are not depending on their children or others.Senior Citizens demand and desire time with their children and grandchildren.Increases found in elders'psychological problems are likely correlated with modernization.Unfortunately, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor and the megapro.ject remains totally for the younger population with no economic prospects for elders to direclly benefit. Thus, the question remains what will be the outcome for Pakistani seniors? In chapter-2,we discussed the purpose of the study suggests some theoretical framework explained further in this chapter. The literature review thus describes and analyzes previous research conducted on the topic of ageing and social security system etc.Moreo ver,it discusses the current study and gives the researcher opportunity to address the gap and improve. The literature review is a good opportunity to highlight the research gap and gain knowledge from the experts' opinions. This also highlights the policy suggestions as well as implications. In Chapter-3,Data derived from the website of WORDBANK about the population indicators from,1975-80,1985-90,1995-95,2000-2005,2010-2015 respectively. The indicators belongs to Hospitals,GDP per capita,Old Population(above 60),Proportion of old population,work-age population(16-64),GDP,Proportion of working age population,Old-age dependency ratio, child dependency ration and total dependency ration, the study and the results became significant,as the two independent variables disease per thousand +GDP per capita and dependent variable is ageing have a negative impact of ageing and old population of Pakistan.the results shows that from 1975-2015 the GDP per capita is high and more the enough to cover the expenses, but the ageing, hospitals, medicine is very worse, for example,in 1975,the hospitals bed position is only 0.53 while GDP is high and more than enough like 169.79,in 1980 the hospitals bed condition is 0.57 while GDP is 303.45,in 1985 hospitals bed status is 0.60 while GDP is 337.73,in 1990 the hospitals bed condition is 0.64 while GDP is 371.57,in 1995 the ho spitals condition is 0.65 while the GDP is 493.66,in 2000 the hospitals bed condition is 0.70 while GDP is 533.85,in 2005 the hospitals bed condition is 0.70 while GDP per capita is 71 1.47,in 2010 the hospitals bed status is going worse and only 0.60 while the GDP is pretty higher like 1040.14,in 2015 the hospitals bed condition is again worse and only 0.60 while the GDP per capita is much higher like 1428.64.The results clear indicates that even the GDP per capita is higher and higher after every five years but the condition of the hospitals and aged population is worse and not enough. So the government of Pakistan have to keep special attention towards the issue. In chapter-4 we discussed the ageing and social security system in Pakistan and quote a comparative study of the global experiences from the developed and developing countries. This chapter also includes my published CSSCI and SSCI journal where we mentioned and highlighted the ageing and role of international and global experiences. This chapter also elaborates the international experiences of developed and developing countries for the aged population.Chapter-5 in this chapter,we mentioned and highlighted the government of Pakistan initiatives and limitation for the elder population of Pakistan. This study was financially supported by"pattern and characteristic of OBOR International population migration and multilateral population security governance"In chapter-6 we discussed some overview of china Pakistan economic corridor as the topic of the dissertation is "ageing and social security system in Pakistan, policy challenges, opportunities and role of CPEC,and highlighted o government of Pakistan that CPEC can play a vital role in lives of elder population of Pakistan. For example if the government of Pakistan allocate sum of amount for the elder population of Pakistan and invest that money in some recreational activities, like park, library, theater etc.Chapter 7 is consisted of my last chapter of dissertation. This part is based on conclusion and recommendations and also for the future research study for the
