In the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee,the Communist Party of China opened the new period of reform and opening up,and this year is just the 40th anniversary.In the past 40 years,the Communist Party of China has opened up,upholding and developing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,adapting to the needs of situation changing,the Communist Party of China managing itself constantly and solving its own problems,creates and promotes the great project of the Party’s construction.Our Party has made great achievements on being strict in party discipline and strengthening its own construction.Used the theoretical basis of Marxism-Leninism theory on party construction and Mao Zedong’s party building thought,drawing lessons from the experience of administering the party in the world,based on constantly changing situation of the Party,China and the world after the reform and opening up,the contemporary CPC has put forward the idea of strictly administering,constantly exploring on theory and practice thant strictly manag the party.The contemporary CPC’s theory and practice that manag the party has gone through several stages:after the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee,after the fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee of the party,after the 16th congress of the CPC and after the 18th congress of the CPC.After the 18th congress of the CPC,the economy,politics,technology and culture in the world are developing new major changes.The competition is fierce.The development of China has brought about the complexity of the relationship between neighboring countries and the main forces in the world.In China,our Party has put forward new goals and new tasks in the new era,which is arduous;the reform has entered a new stage and the society has entered into a superposition period of intertwining social contradictions,thus,our Party is facing the complicated and changeable situation inside and outside.At the same time,our Party has long been in the ruling position and the ruling environment of the market economy,long faced challenge of "Four Tests" and "Four Dangers" and faced the challenges of maintaining the advanced nature and purity to ensure ruling security.There are still issues that can not be ignored in our Party,for example,political consciousness isn’t strong enough,the thought is not firm enough,ideals and beliefs isn’t stable,some Party organizations isn’t strong,management of leading cadres still need enhance,implementation of the responsibility of governing the Party isn’t adequate,transformation of the work style of some Party members and cadres isn’t complete,corruption can’t resolved radically,and the system of governing the Party need strengthen.Strengthen party discipling needs to be deepened and expanded.In the new era,our party must be strict in political construction,strengthening the,Four Consciousnesses",taking a good political orientation,stabilizing political stand,setting up political ideals,enforcing political discipline,taking political life seriously and improving political ability.Our party must be strict in the thought construction,firming ideals and faith,strengthening arming our mind with the theory,mastering"switches" well and improving the moral standards,innovating education ideas and ways.Our Party must be strict in the organization,strictly controlling the cadres,seriously developing the Party,s life,strengthening basic-level organizations.Our party must be strict in the style,advocating excellent tradition and style,remediating the style and strengthening the construction of style system.Our party must be strict in discipline construction,strict discipline restraint,enhanceing Party member’s discipline consciousness,strengthening implement and accountability of discipline.Our party must be strict in the anti-corruption,sticking to the road of anti-corruption with Chinese characteristics,building a system and mechanism that dares not corrupt,can not corrupt and do not want to corrupt.Our party must be strict in the system,promoting the scientific and effectiveness of the system,establishing the system and mechanism of strictly administering the Party,strengthening the implementation and supervision of the system.The contemporary Communist Party of China that Strengthen party discipling has provided basic experience and Enlightenment for running the Party strictly in the new era.The whole Party must have the courage to self-revolutionize,always maintain the consciousness of strictly administering the Party,and constantly consolidate the ruling position of the Party.
