environment.The international environmental impact is of proper significance to the study of the sinicization of Marxism.To study the process of the sinicization of Marxism under the impact of the international environment,it is necessary to figure out the basic concepts of the international environment and the sinicization of Marxism,as well as their interaction.For a sovereign nation,the international environment is not only an external influencing factor,but also a dynamic influence process,characterized by objectivity,regularity,duality and variety;besides,it is not only a composite system,and give play to the promoting role of China in optimizing the international environment.The international environment has a deep impact on the cognition,practice and innovative development of Marxism in China.Therefore,to promote The sinicization of Marxism,it is necessary to scientifically cope with the international environmental impact.This is the objective requirement for the sinicization of Marxism advancing with times,the objective requirement for boosting Socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era,as well as the inevitable requirement for pushing the results of localization of Marxism in China to the world.The seed of localization of Marxism in China germinated when modern China was threatened by domestic strife and foreign aggression.The international environment has a deep impact on the launch of localization of Marxism in China.After the Opium War broke out in 1840,China became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society step by step.In that period,the international economic environment,the international political environment and the international cultural environment all had a profound impact on modern China.Faced with such a serious national crisis,the advanced people from all classes of China began reflecting on history and reality,and tried to extricate China from the backward plight by taking “Western Learning” paths.However,all these paths failed as they were not suitable for China's actual conditions.The outburst of World War I and the victory of the October Revolution profoundly changed the process of place in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,which became the international environment to be confronted and dealt with in China's socialist construction.The CPC members represented by Deng Xiaoping actively responded to the changes of the international environment,clearly proposed the important judgment of peace and development being the themes of the times from the perspective of domestic and international situations,reestablished the Marxist ideological line of seeking truth from facts,re-understood “what socialism is and how to build it”,raised the theory of initial stage of socialism and the “Three-Step” strategic objective,implemented the reform and opening-up and the major strategic plan of socialist modernization construction,opposed bourgeois “liberalization”,resisted the “peaceful evolution” of capitalism,and created the second historical leap of the sinicization of Marxism.Deng Xiaoping Theory created the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese opportunities and challenges,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core created a new thought and a new strategy for domestic governance while coping with the international environmental impact,stressed the need to insist on and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,proposed the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;implemented the regarding China's international exchanges,including firmly following the path of peaceful development to actively promote world peace and development;participating in international affairs with a more positive attitude to play the role of a responsible power;promoting the international order and the international system to develop in a fair and rational direction;establishing an international relation of win-win cooperation to build a community with a shared future for mankind.Under the proper leadership of the CPC,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the sinicization of Marxism has ushered in a new historical leap.The theoretical aim of historical research is summarizing experience and enlightening the future.The CPC has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in the process of propelling the sinicization of Marxism.Always adhering to and developing Marxism is the theoretical prerequisite of coping with the international
