to the vast number of overseas Chinese and their relatives,and has also seriously affected the development of China's national economy and the image of the country in the world.After the "Cultural Revolution"ended,the "bring order out of chaos" began to carry out step by step in all fields.With the re-establishment of the ideological line of seeking truth from facts by the Communist Party of China and guided by "correcting mistakes and reuniting the hearts of the people",it has systematically rectified past policy mistakes.The restoration of overseas Chinese work,the implementation of direction of efforts in overseas Chinese affairs,and then provides the reference comments to the overall strategic layout of the further improvement of the work of the Chinese,so as to make it better integrated into China's development.
