The Chinese Communist Party’s Policies Of Maintaining Social Stability At The Grass-Roots Level Since The Reforming And Opening Up

Safeguard grassroots social stability is an important component in building of socialist in China today. Grass-roots social stability is the important guarantee of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics forward. The communist party of China had always been paying special attention to the grass-roots social stability, so that it can greatly inspired the development of China’s social stability, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the grassroots social members to participate in national construction, also promote China’s socialist economic, political, cultural development and progress. In this paper, we take the perspective of policy, having a systematic analysis of the significance of the communist party of China since the reforming and opening up,to maintain social stability at the grass-roots level in different historical periods, the development target and policy arrangements, on the basis of grasping the communist party of China about the meaning of the maintenance of social stability at the grass-roots level and policy of history development, so that a more comprehensive understanding of the party’s ruling laws.Today we appeared many problems in the construction of grass-roots social stability, draw lessons from grass-roots social stability of the communist party of China since the reform and opening up policy in successful practices, to facilitate the grass-roots society construction of our country, for the comprehensive construction well-off society contribute our strength。This article mainly consists of five parts:the first part from the third plenary session of the eleventh to the fourth plenary session of the thirteenth of grassroots social stability policy in detail in this paper. The second part elaborated in this paper, the author studies on from the13th to the16th national congress of the fourth plenary session of the party at the grass-roots level the main content of the policy of social stability. The third part of the party’s16big to the eighteenth big grassroots social stability policy is analyzed. The fourth part mainly discusses the party’s grass-roots social stability since the eighteenth big policy system is described in brief. The fifth part of the basic stability of the communist party of China since the reform and opening up policy, the historical development and practical experience are analyzed and discussed. The paper summarizes the conclusion part briefly in this article. To maintain social stability at the grass-roots level of the communist party of China since the reform and opening up policy as a guide, draw lessons from the others and find solutions, Today, there are more new problems in our grass-roots social stability construction, grassroots social stability of the communist party of China since the reform and opening up policy for reference the successful practices, so as to accelerate the construction of our country’s grass-roots society, and make our contribution to build a well-off society in an all-around way.
