No man can stand upright without virtue,no official can administrate without virtue,no country can prosper without virtue.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the cultivation of party leading cadres' political morality is needed by the times,urgent in reality and considered by the Party.General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to political morality and the cultivation of it among the party leading cadres and emphasized that in order to establish political morality,we must understand great morality,abide by public morality and be strict with private morality.In the new era,only by earnestly doing a good job in cultivating political morality of the party leading cadres can we continuously improve the political virtue of the party leading cadres and forge a high-quality party leading cadre team with both political integrity and talent for promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.This paper aims at how to strengthen the cultivation of political morality of the party leading cadres in the new era,and follows the logical approach of "Raising problems--Analyzing problems--Solving problems",On the basis of ideological foundation research,historical experience reflection and realistic situation care,and on the basis of ideological foundation research,historical experience content of contemporary with the content of inheritance,integrating ideological education with practice,coupling of educational guidance with institutional constraints,and incorporating explicit education with implicit education.Chapter 6 The practice path of strengthening the cultivation of political morality of the party leading cadres in the new era.This paper holds that the cultivation of political morality in the new era can be strengthened and optimized from five aspects.Firstly,integrating the subject of the cultivation of political morality and realizing the positive interaction between them.On the one hand,the interaction between cultivating implementers,and requires party organizations to strengthen centralized and unified leadership.Starting from the top-level design,the basic requirement of the party spirit principle and is the dominant content of the cultivation of political morality.The power outlook reflects the basic requirement of power exercise and is the main evaluation standard of cadres with "virtue first" is put through the whole process from "entrance" to "exit",to form the closed loop of the cultivation system guarantee of political morality and realize the benign interaction between the cultivation of political morality and reward,punishment and reward.Fifthly,purifying the environment of the cultivation of political morality and injecting field dynamic support.By refining the correct and strict party style and government style,taking multiple measures to promote the prosperity and development of political virtue culture,implementing the civic morality construction project in the new era,using socialist core values to gather the consensus of values of the whole society,improving the level of political civilization and spiritual continuously purified political ecological environment and social culture environment to inject field power support for the cultivation of political morality.In short,this paper argues that the cultivation of political morality is a multi-element and complex system engineering,and the optimization of the overall function of the system depends on the overall promotion of all links and the coordinated development of all elements.To strengthen the cultivation of political morality in the new era,it is necessary to start with top-level design and realize the same direction of cultivating subjects,cultivating contents,cultivating methods,cultivating guarantees,cultivating environment and other elements.
