A Study On The Anomie Of Political Morality Of Leading Cadres In The New Era

As the saying goes,no country can be prosperous without core values,no man can stand without morality and no official can have merits without political morality.Whether a country,a nation or a political party,when they lose what they were founded on,they will lose everything they have.Political morality,that is the principle that officials are supposed to practice benevolence when conducting political affairs,the professional accomplishment and moral quality that should be possessed by civil servants in the administration of state affairs in power and execution.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of political morality,putting forward the historical judgment that Political morality is the weathervane of the whole society,and pointing out the direction for the construction of political morality of leading cadres in the new era,that is To be virtuous,to observe public morality and to be strict with private morality.Good political morality can not only purify the political ecology,but also be of great significance to the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and great progress has been made in the political and moral construction of leading cadres on the whole.However,serious political and moral problems still exist among a small number of leading cadres.From the standpoint of Marxism,this paper uses the methods of literature review,data analysis and case analysis to make clear the basic requirements of political morality of leading cadres in the new era,that is To be virtuous,to observe public morality and to be strict with private morality.It also summarizes the typical manifestations of the leading cadres' anomy of political morality in the new era,which are manifested as ignorance of great morality,non observance of public morality and non self-discipline to private morality.The main manifestations of ignorance of great morality are the wavering of ideals and beliefs,the weakness of Four Consciousnesses,the weakness of Four Confidences and the deviation of Two Safeguards.The non observance of public morality is mainly embodied in the indolence and officialdom,formalism and bureaucracy in official affairs.However,non self-discipline to private morality is highlighted as the extravagant enjoyment of sensual pleasure,careless family discipline and careless friends go astray.The report delivered by General Secretary Xi at the congress profoundly elaborated the great negative impact of the political moral misconduct of leading cadres in the new era,systematically analyzed the causes of the political moral misconduct of leading cadres in the new era,and comprehensively proposed the realistic path to govern the political moral misconduct of leading cadres in the new era.This is,firstly,to reach the ideological consensus of political and moral construction.Secondly,the construction of political and moral construction of the long-term mechanism,Thirdly,to create a good atmosphere for political and moral construction.This paper attempts to study the problem about the anomie of the political morality of the leading cadres in the new era and its countermeasures so as to grasp the basic requirements of the construction of the political morality of the leading cadres in the new era systematically,accurately,comprehensively and thoroughly.And it also clearly analyze the realistic path of the construction of the political morality of the leading cadres in the new era to promote the formation of the political ecology of clean,honest and self-discipline,eventually making due to contribute to the goal of two One Hundred Years and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation.
