In a long term, the social justice is a pursuit and requirement of human subject status and his or her own value. It is also the direction of the theoretical circles, which all countries are constantly exploring. However,in both theoretical and real society, the gender justice with women as the subject of consciousness are still lacking in a certain. The research on gender justice has already constituted a system in the West. Moreover, there has been set up a full-time organization and department, which is to deal with related matters. In addition, there are scholars in China who study from various fields.Although in these factors, the emphasis on feminist justice in the global environment is still not optimistic and there are still phenomenon in the whole society that people do not respect women's status and gender discrimination. At this stage of China, women's unequal development and gender discrimination also exist, the research on feminist justice theory in China is weak during the development, and the formulation of relevant policies and the implementation of measures are not in place. These factors affect the establishment of social fairness and justice in a certain extent.Nancy Fraser, the famous contemporary political philosopher and the main representative of American critical theory,is the third generation representative of the Frankfurt School in Western Marxism. She is also a radical feminist. She is committed to research the essence of justice and the feminist justice.Nancy Fraser's theory of justice is an important theory with criticisms, and constructs a theoretical framework of political theory, philosophical analysis and social analysis for researching the feminist justice. The Emergence of the issue of recognition generated by people's constant reflection on self-awareness and world cognition. The philosophical significance of recognition stems from Fichte. In the first time of applying "recognition" to the legal philosophy,Fichte believed that legal relationship and ethical relationship are actually a kind of the interactive dynamic result of recognition, that is,individuals realize that their freedoms necessarily restricted by each other for maintaining the harmonious and free relationship.Recognition theory originated from Hegel. He unified subjective philosophy, epistemology and logic, and promoted "self-awareness" through self-sublation and spiraling to realize"struggle for recognition" within the system. He tried to solve social problems from the multi-subject model for opens up new ethical and ethical visions.Mead extended Hegel's theory and conceived the "generalization of the other" which extending from the simple normative field to the social history field and from the moral field to the state and community.Honneth was inspired by Mead to break through the rigid desire-struggle-identity-reconciliation logic in the philosophical philosophy. Then Honneth reinterpreted Marx's revolutionary class theory and discussed that Habermas deliberately avoided having behaviors in the capitalist large-scale labor field. He also criticized the power theory of Foucault, which was under the control of power. There processes promoted the further deepening of the theory of Honneth. In the debate with Honneth on "recognition of justice",which is the analysis and research between social contradictions and conflicts,Nancy Fraser established a set of the differential theory program:"recognition"as the theoretical core and theme,"Redistribution-recognition" as the main line of thought.Fraser researched and judged the relevant justice theory and found that the theory related to justice has a wide range of topics, including moral philosophy, social theory and political analysis. It includes dialogue and reflection with the important representatives of critical social theory, such as Honneth,Alice Young,Butler, and Rorty,as well as the justice theory of Rawls,Dworkin, and Amartya Sen,and expositions of Habermas on the public domain,as well as criticism and reference to Marx and Weber's theory of class and social stratification. At the same time,as a feminist,Fraser also reshaped gender justice from a unique perspective of feminism.Fraser made a critical reflection on the reality and theoretical practice of the "post-socialist" era.On this basis, she reconstructed a unique theory of justice. In his argument between the justice and the redistribution of Honneth,Fraser believed that Honneth underestimated the complexity of socio-economic and culture. Moreover, the participation of feminist reflected that there were the theoretical limitations of mainstream justice theory.Fraser believed that it was necessary to establish a model of justice theory that could accommodate all aspects of society.Whether it is class opposition, hierarchy,or cultural integration, the answer could be found in this theory. At the same time, this theory must reflect the relationship between "struggling for distribution, fighting for recognition, and fighting for ownership." In the search for this theoretical model Fraser established the theoretical structure of"three-dimensional justice".Then,Fraser's system concept of justice was truly established.Fraser's "three-dimensional justice theory" contains three elements:economy, culture and politics. The redistribution is the economic factor. The recognized is culture factor. The representation is the political is factor. The political issue is the "meta-problem" of recognizing justice, which determines the redistribution and recognition of the connotation of the struggle. The three dimensions of represent moral appeals in the economic, cultural, and political realms of late capitalist society. These three moral appeals are rooted in three types of injustice—distribution inequality, refusal to recognize, and wrong representation.Fraser opposes fundamentalism,he does not think that these three dimensions have share a foundation. It is rather be taken by categorical justice. The principle of this categorical justice is to participate in the principle of equality, which constitutes Fraser's justice theory of recognize named "one unitary-three dimensional".Due to the complexity and diversity of reality,Fraser's conception of gender justice is more abstract. This idea leads to a method of gender justice, providing a new path for liberation to different women while providing the liberation of feminism. It proved a new direction of thinking and working.Nancy Fraser's feminist theory is an important theory for liberating women and promoting women's dominant position in this era of globalization. It is a voice for today's women in the embarrassing situation of society and enhances women's dominant position. It also provides the direction of progress of women's justice and has its own theoretical value and significance.Nancy Fraser's theory comprehensively analyses the social status of women in society and the problems in the real society. It also has its own theoretical value and significance.Based on these social practices,Nancy Fraser summarized her own theoretical views according to those problems. However,it is undeniable that its theory has self-contradictory in somewhere and defects. However, around the world,Nancy Frazier's theory provides us with a good theoretical supplement and a good newresearch path in feminist justice theory and gender justice. The promotion of the status of the subject also has a good reference in our domestic women's liberation movement and women themselves.
