Since the 1960 s,the social movement in Western society has opened up the ethical thinking about fairness, justice, human rights and morals in Western political philosophy: what is real justice and how can justice be achieved? Rawls regards justice as the problem of distribution, and Habermas thinks that the nation state is the reasonable boundary of the justice problem, and he prefers to establish the "moral one-element theory" to construct the justice framework with the recognition as the main body.Fraser is aware of the differences between the social critical circles in recognition of justice and redistribution of justice, and Single-dimension’s perspective of justice and limited dialogue and consultation have not solved the complex reality problem, and must reconstruct the new critical paradigm. Before constructing a new critical approach,Frazier first discussed the opposition between redistribution of justice and recognition of justice. The redistribution justice is rooted in the social economic structure, which focuses on the inequality of the social members in the economic distribution, and admits that justice is rooted in the social intercourse of interpretation, expression and communication, emphasizing on the culture and identity. Therefore, the two kinds of justice dimensions of almost different quality can not use a simple solution path to eliminate the injustice rooted in economic and social intercourse, there is a need for an integrated approach that corrects both distributive injustice and false recognition, which includes redistribution and recognition of the two critical dimensions of "perspective two".Fraser also introduced the concept of participation in equality into his normative and ethical framework to eliminate the differences between different subjects.Gradually overflow the justice demand of national State border, make the dispute that belongs to admit question and redistribution question turn over: what is the reasonable frame of justice? Who is the relevant subject assigned to recognition or redistribution? These new issues have led Frazier to realize that the framework of justice must be three-dimensional,a three-dimensional theory of justice that includes redistribution, recognition and representation under the principle of participatory equality.Fraser’s three-dimensional justice theory, which is the core of human equality, autonomy and moral values, provides a strong basis for solving the complex problems of Western society in the capitalist era,and points out the direction for the construction of global justice, and also gives a lot of reference for the construction of our socialist harmonious society. However, because Fraser’s thought has not been freed from the shackles of capitalist private ownership, nor has it transcended the narrow western just thought and the relatively thin theoretical structure,it also reminds us to stick to the analytical method of Marxism,so that we can critically examine the useful part of its thought.
