Nowadays,Globalization is more and more obvious. In this environment, the class struggle, cultural contradiction, political conflicts occur frequently. Poor people as the representative of the marginalized groups and vulnerable groups, have been treated unfairly frequently.They can't get the rights of the women,the race and the religion. The view of Fraser is that the justice is anti-normative. This conception of justice is in the economic, cultural, political dimension, justice is being redefineded.The Framework of justice is being redefineded. Debate for justice is reflective.And the justice is being discussed in a Global Framework. Fraser's theory of justice has its perspectives and its principle.In this principle,everyone has been controlled by it. So that we can discussed the injustice they were been treated, including the inequitable distribution, misrecognition and the non- representation.This anti-normative concept of justice have made the zeitdiagnose for the world today. Because of this, critical theory came back.And the justice got some new perspectives.The iInjustice of the hegemonism has been presented.So that people can pay an attention to it. According to this,we can reconstruct justice.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the background of Fraser's idea of justice, including social background and the theoretical background; The second part is the idea of justice Fraser's theory of the unique perspective ; The third part explains that Fraser's justice is what about; The fourth part is the assessment of the Fraser'sjustice view ,and also it tells us its practical significance.
