Research On Yi "lineage" And Rural Governance In Liangshan

The Yi village of Liangshan Prefecture is a society with strong family "lineage" tradition,the Yi "lineage" is the main carrier of traditional Yi society rural governance,as an endogenous organization of rural power network in Yi rural area,to some extent,is the bridge between state power and local effect.It is self-evident that the authority of Yi "lineage" and state power play an important role in the development of rural governance in Yi District.Due to its unique historical form,social structure,cultural customs and values,the rural governance of Liangshan society is bound to show different cultural characteristics and governance characteristics from other areas.The current China's vast rural are in governance reform process of modernization,the study of Liangshan Yi district rural governance is necessary to understand the power of the Yi village network pattern,the home team and the relationship between grassroots regime,and qualitative analysts in grassroots democracy autonomy and the role of public affairs management,etc,so as to explain their motivations to participate in rural governance,function,objective evaluation.Finally,on this basis,this paper discusses how to organically combine the state power with local culture and local authority under the rural governance mechanism with an internal orientation in Liangshan Yi autonomous region,so as to avoid the internalization of the grass-roots political power construction in the Yi autonomous region and promote the modernization of the rural governance capacity in Liangshan Yi autonomous region.In view of this,this paper on the basis of the related research results,in Liangshan prefecture in Sichuan province and sprinkle the Savaroqibo village as a case,the state power embedded in Liangshan Yi region rural culture rights network,the reduction of Liangshan Yi area real representation of rural governance,rural Liangshan Yi area different subject and study the dynamic changes of the interest groups,culture and Liangshan Yi area of rural power network and the interactive effect of national power.This paper makes an empirical study on the feasibility of promoting rural governance in the Yi areas from the general situation of traditional rural governance in the Yi areas,the change of social rural governance subjects in the Yi areas,the development of family support and rural governance,the performance evaluation of the interaction between family support and village governance,and the background of family support.Combined with the changes of villages in the Yi areas in the process of modernization,this paper discusses the transformation and transformation of families in the local power culture network under the leadership of value from the existing problems of rural governance.The structure of the paper is as follows:First chapter describes the general situation of Savaroqibo village,the natural geographical environment,social production and farming,and the evolution of administrative district.It also summarizes the relationship between the chieftain's rule,social form and family branch in the history of Savaroqibo village.Second chapter mainly reviews the different policies of the central dynasty on Yi areas and the social status of Yi villages in the period of different Yi social structure under the Tusi system in the yuan dynasty,after period "Gai Tu Gui Liu" in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and under the system of slavery and bloodline.After the democratic reform,the different situation of the Yi "lineage" organizations in the Yi people's society in various political movements and the rural governance after the revival of the family support after the reform and opening up are emphatically described.Third chapter discusses the home elite and system of village cadres as the principal part of rural governance of Liangshan Yi area of democracy at the grassroots level politics "dual-track governance",along with the development of the reform and opening up and socialist market economy,rural Liangshan Yi area of the relationships between different interest subjects and the home team,determine the Liangshan Yi area of rural power structure.Fourth chapter discusses the importance of strengthening the interaction between state power and grassroots practice from the perspectives of village-level democratic autonomy,public affairs management,public product supply,and poverty alleviation and development,as well as the effective supplement of local power culture to grassroots government functions.At the same time,it objectively analyzes the adverse effects of family support on rural governance.Fifth chapter affirms the functions and benefits of family support in the cultural life,emotional exchange,spiritual needs,economic and political aspects of the people in Liangshan Yi area.This part qualitatively analyzes the problems existing in the rural governance of yi region and the transformation of family support in structure and function during the social transformation period.Sixth chapter puts forward feasible path Suggestions.The study considers that in the rural governance of Liangshan Yi area,family support is an effective supplement to the grass-roots government,and family support organization and state power are a benign interactive process in the formation of village politics and economic ecology.As a traditional local resource,it is also adapting and adjusting itself.It is necessary to innovate the rural governance mechanism of the Yi area,change the economic development model,break the pattern of local family support and solidify,and accelerate the process of modernization of rural governance in Liangshan Yi area.
