Research On The Construction Of The Discourse System Of Socialist Core Values

The discourse system of socialist core values is the spiritual need of the people for a better life in the new era,which is the inevitable requirement of maintaining the leadership of Marxist ideology.In the new era,the principal contradiction has shifted.The needs of a better life,from the single material satisfaction was up to the requirements of culture,safety,housing,environment and other aspects.After 18 th CPC national congress,the socialist core values are carried forward,which guide people's ideals and norms in production and life.In the process of human practice,discourse is the material carrier generated to meet the communication needs between people.As the medium of information exchange,discourse plays an important role in the transmission of socialist core values.Firstly,the discourse power of values reflects the ideological leadership of the ruling class.Face to the complex international situation,China hopes to solve the global financial crisis,environmental problems and wealth inequality by building a community with a shared future for mankind.But western capitalist countries intend to promote discourse hegemony and to advocate capitalist democracy and human rights.Therefore,in order to build China's image,spirit and value,CPC must to strongly hold the discourse power of socialist core values,to stick to Maxism's directing status and Xi Jinping's new era thought on socialist theory with Chinese characteristics,and to build a global media platform to export high-quality spiritual and cultural products,and to interpret Chinese values correctly.Secondly,the content of values discourse is the expression of people's spiritual needs.In the new era,people are no longer limited to the abundance of material life,but also need to pursue the sense of feeling,happiness and security,which is in line with Marxist theory about comprehensive development of human beings.The contents of the socialist core values are in harmony with the national goals,social rules and the individual values.Furthermore,in the new time,for the purpose of enriching the content of discourse system,it is necessary to draw inspiration from production and life,and to create new words,new expressions and new stories,which are consistent with socialist core values.In addition,traditional media and new media jointly innovate the carrier of core values discourse.We are supposed to flexibly use traditional media,electronic media,new media to carry forward the characteristic of discourse and to build a media platform and cultivate media talents.We-media,micro-communication,Internet of things and artificial intelligence should also become new carriers of socialist core values discourse.The discourse system of socialist core values is an organic system,which includes discourse subject,discourse audience and discourse content,discourse carrier and discourse mode.Besides it involves multiple research perspectives and disciplinary backgrounds,including ideological and political education,ethics,linguistics,political science,sociology,communication,etc.We construct the discourse system by the methods of combining theory with reality,history with logic and empirical research.The main contents and opinions of this paper are shown as following.First one is basic theoretical research on the discourse system of socialist core values.The discourse system of socialist core values is the organism which refers to the discourse subject takes the socialist core values as the content on traditional media and new media by translation,transformation,identification and other methods of discourse.This system highlights the Chinese values and principles of the Chinese people in new era,including six factors: discourse subject,discourse audience and discourse content,discourse carrier and discourse mode.Second,to explore the ideological origin of the discourse system of socialist core values.The theory of proletarian leadership,the theory of free development of human beings and the method of ideological propaganda by Marxism lay the theoretical foundation of the discourse system.The practical experience of the Communist party of China since the revolution,construction and the reform and opening up,is the discourse system of socialist core values.Chinese excellent traditional culture is the historical origin about the discourse system of socialist core values.Third,demonstrate the basic content of the construction of the discourse system of socialist core values.Above all,we should build the discourse subject in area of nation,society and citizens.Besides we are supposed to culture CPC members,students and masse who have core values discourse.Furthermore,combining the excellent traditional Chinese culture and learning from the achievements of world civilization,we should explain the discourse content of core values in the new era.What is more,we should use traditional media,electronic media and new media to be the carrier of core values discourse,in order to make the best of each other.In addition we should construct the written media carrier,electronic media carrier and new media carrier of discourse system of socialist core values.In addition,we should innovate methods of discourse.Fourth,from the perspective of practice,we take the current situation of the discourse system of socialist core values as the subject,and summarizes the current problems of the discourse system since the 18 th CPC national congress.For the purpose of making opportunities of discourse system construction in the era,we analyze the cause,and face the challenge.Fifth,we should establish the basic strategies of the discourse system of core values.Firstly we must adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,stick to Xi Jinping's The thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guiding ideology of discourse system construction,and consolidate the people's dominant position in the construction of discourse system by focusing on the people and meeting their spiritual needs.Besides we are supposed to learn from the expression of values of the world's outstanding civilizations and seek consensus on values for the building of a community with a Shared future for mankind.In addition we should deepen the basic theoretical research of discourse system construction and construct academic discourse system.At last but not least we should strengthen the CCP's leading position in the construction of the discourse system and ensure the political direction of the discourse system.The research significance of this paper is that a comprehensive and systematic study of the discourse theory of socialist core values,including the theory about Marxist discourse power,the theory about comprehensive and free development of human and the rules of discourse production and communication.Spreading and practicing the Chinese values is not only helpful for maintain China's ideological security,but also a true,comprehensive and three-dimensional image of China.
