| For many years,the number one document issued by the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)has focused on rural areas,agriculture and farmers.The modernization of rural areas,agriculture and farmers is an important part of China's overall modernization.China is a multi-ethnic country,and ethnic regional autonomous areas account for 64% of the national area.The modernization of rural areas in ethnic areas is undoubtedly an important part of the modernization of the country.Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province is the largest Yi inhabited area in China,and a special area integrating ethnic areas,old revolutionary base areas and poor areas.At present,this area has been included into the scope of “three areas and three prefectures” of deep poverty in minority areas in our country.It is one of the ethnic regional autonomous areas facing more difficulties in China's modernization drive.Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture involves 17 counties and cities.Yi people account for 53.62%.The rural areas of Liangshan Yi region in this paper generally refer to the administrative villages and natural villages in Liangshan area where the Yi people gather for generations and mainly live on agricultural and animal husbandry production,and the national traditional culture remains relatively intact.over the past 70 years since the founding of new China,great changes have taken place in Liangshan Yi area which is customarily called Liangshan Yi area,is the main area where the groups calling themselves “Nuosu” are concentrated.However,there are still some problems in this region,such as relatively backward economic and social development,backward transportation and other infrastructure,low marketization,low cultural quality of the population,and the phenomenon of young and middle-aged people working outside the city.In some areas,drugs and AIDS have caused a series of social problems.Has become the key and difficult points of whole Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture to carry on the rural modernization.The modernization construction of these areas is a systematic project,which requires the overall observation and judgment of modernization itself,its constituent elements and their influences and functions,especially the balance between economy and culture,history and reality,man and nature,cultural inheritance and cultural innovation.For a long time,the modernization road in Liangshan Yi area basically belong to the exogenous type,emphasizing the economy as the center and the support and help from external forces.However,the resources and power of the local traditional society,culture,ecology,subjectivity and endogenous motivation of the local residents seem to have not received due attention.Especially in Liangshan Yi area has long history,profound and complete national traditional culture,as a born and bred a unique adapt to the survival of the region culture,life style,its inherent contains rich local knowledge,wisdom,and resources,is still deeply rooted in the Liangshan Yi rural society,plays an important role and influence.It is not only an inevitable social phenomenon but also an inevitable topic in the rural modernization construction of Liangshan Yi area.As a concentrated embodiment of the traditional culture of Liangshan Yi,Bimo culture studied in this paper is an important content.Bimo culture has a long history,which shows its origin and encyclopedic value in various fields of Yi culture,such as astronomy,geography,history,moral law,philosophy,customs,language,agriculture,animal husbandry,medicine,architecture,art and literature.It is a whole set of world outlook,values and cultural system of multiple meanings that adjust the relationship between people and nature,between people and society,and between people in Yi society.It can even be said that it is the symbol and representative of Liangshan Yi traditional culture and the core and foundation of Yi traditional culture.Bimo culture still has a profound influence on the rural society of Yi areas.Of course,these effects have pros and cons.Economically,Bimo cultural connotation of the sustainable development concept and the concept of green development,Bimo culture advocated by the hard-working,free-standing self-improvement,values such as integrity,consider long-term help Yi area farmer's economic development,some Bimo culture resources can also be combined with the beautiful mountains and rivers,the development of cultural tourism industry,promote Yi district rural economic development.At the same time,influenced by the market economy and the widening gap between the rich and the poor,the Yi people's personal consumption in marriage and funeral is generally on the high side,which leads to the phenomenon of comparison,which is more prominent in the funeral and the ceremony of ancestor worship of Nimuobi people.Although Bimo culture itself is not the main reason,Bimo group,as traditional intellectuals and rural elites,can still make corresponding guidance in culture and changing customs to help farmers return to cultural and economic educating social members on values such as moral cultivation,harmonious relations between relatives,social harmony,family unity,equality of everyone,emphasis on etiquette and the tendency from evil to good.In the Yi area,rural governance plays a role of moistening things.In the daily life of Yi people,some Bimo rituals play a stable role in easing social conflicts and strengthening family and community cohesion and have the function of social integration.When the Yi people encounter accidents and emergencies,they can timely alleviate conflicts and psychological crisis and solve social conflicts invisibly.Bimo is also involved in drug control in Yi region,helping to mediate social disputes.However,the collective anxiety and fear caused by curse concept and ritual still exist in part of Bimo culture,which is in conflict with the construction requirements of the current harmonious society.In terms of culture,the concept of Bimo culture praising knowledge and talent is conducive to cultivating the ideology of education and good moral character of the Yi people.In the vertical inheritance of master and apprentice system and the horizontal mass education and communication,the function of inheriting and developing the Yi's traditional culture from generation to generation has been given full play,and the root of Liangshan Yi's traditional culture has been protected,and it is even the fundamental and symbolic factor of Liangshan Yi's cultural identity.Likewise,modern culture with scientific,rational and Bimo culture is regarded as “superstition” mysterious and temporary science cannot explain the part that there was a conflict between the western the main content of modern education to reduce the communication space of traditional culture and Yi students to our nation's cultural identity and cultural confidence,especially “superstitious” stigma of Bimo culture influence.In terms of ecological environment,the world view and values of the Bimo culture,in which all things are animating and living together,naturally play a role in protecting biodiversity and ecological balance.Many rituals and taboos concerning animals and plants and natural disasters have objectively protected the ecological environment of the Yi region.However,there are differences and conflicts between the concept of “clean and hygienic” in rural modernization and the concept of “clean and polluted” in Bimo culture,which then leads to misunderstanding and degradation of local culture.As a result,the construction project has little effect.It is an indisputable fact that Bimo culture still has strong vitality in today's rural areas of Liangshan Yi.As an important part of the traditional culture of Liangshan Yi area and an inseparable social phenomenon in the rural modernization of the Yi area,it is urgent to think deeply academically.As a targeted empirical research,this paper tries to go up to seek the basis of predecessors' research adjustment Bimo culture and Yi district discomfort,conflicts between the rural modernization and dislocation,and identify the “benefit” Bimo culture and make it into a Yi area of rural modernization resources,therefore,the author formed in the course of this study the following main points:To promote the rural modernization of Liangshan Yi area to inherit and develop Bimo culture with a high degree of cultural consciousness,to build the rural modernization of Liangshan Yi area with the whole consciousness of traditional culture,integrate the whole consciousness of Liangshan Yi traditional culture into the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.To guide diverse subjects to participate in the rural modernization of Yi,"cultural hero" to lead the Yi people to improve their cultural consciousness,each subject should pay "cultural attention" to the rural modernization of Yi area.On the basis of its own cultural consciousness and reflection,Bimo culture should realize its own cultural value in the rural modernization construction of Yi,to improve the rule of law concept which supplemented by the "rule of virtue" of Bimo culture,improve rural governance in Yi ethnic areas,improve people's scientific and cultural literacy,make good use of the inheritance value of Bimo culture to the rural traditional culture of Yi.Refining Bimo's view of cultural ecology,combining "cleanup" request to promote the ecology livable environment in Yi area.So,in the dialogue and collision of the two,adjustment,compatible with each other,Bimo culture win its upgrading,better adapt to the new era of Yi area of rural society,Yi district rural modernization also integrated into the traditional value,it is hoped that local and ethnic traditions can be built into a unique and confident modernization with a solid foundation to realize the win-win. |
