Most of the construction of large and medium reservoirs in remote mountainousareas, due to historical and geographical reasons, these long-term economic andcultural underdevelopment. Wang Youjiang Austin ethnic Yao township under theBaise area, located in the Baise Basin Reservoir. Reservoir resettlement in the newlocation, the experience imperfect immigration policy, environment, productionmethods and economic life not suited to such problems. Reservoir resettlementissues both economic and social stability, promoting the role of far-reaching, whilethe constraints have a negligible impact, need to be taken seriously.This study attempts to use ethnology, economic anthropology andcomparative analysis of empirical analysis, by studying the migration Tuen WangZhuang ethnic Yao township Austin reconstruction of areas of the reservoir area ofnational social and economic life of immigrant communities under thecultural adaptation. After analysis, the crux of the immigration issue: SocialMemory and the new environment is difficult to blending social network faultinconvenience, and new ethnic identity is not formed.In this study, based on the above analysis, propose solutions to the problem ofcultural adjustment reservoir resettlement strategy, that improve the immigrationpolicy, immigration and cultural adjustment to establish a sound workingmechanism, the whole river basin development, public utilities outsourcing, changes in production methods, and harmonious ethnic relations, theproposed experts in the cultural adaptation work.
