An Empirical Investigation Of New Trends In Drug Crimes In The Liangshan Yi People And Research On Countermeasures

Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,is China's largest Yi community,on drug crime,was the original planting of opium,the last century in 50 s to carry out a large-scale ban narcotics campaign,Liangshan banned drugs.But the last century since 80 s,the Liangshan area has become one of the important channel and the overseas drug distribution center Yunnan and Sichuan,the drug problem,drug crime and a series of derivative problem in Liangshan is around other people,a stirring among the dry bones,the harm of drugs by the nation,the present is becoming one of the difficulties of poverty alleviation "work,seriously affect the life of the local people and the development of social economy.In a sense,the emergence,development,characteristics and laws of drug-related crimes are closely related to the specific geographical environment.Different regions have different causes.In order to achieve the desired effect,have a comprehensive study for drug crime location environment and the population specific history,origin,characteristics and rules formulated according to local conditions and correct effective countermeasures against drug crimes.This paper takes Liangshan Yi Yi area drug crimes from the perspective of Yi by understanding the history and tradition,the investigation of the area of the Yi people drug crime phenomenon,reason summarizes the status and characteristics of the region,drug-related crimes and in-depth study of the area of drug-related crimes,on the basis of which the actual situation of Liangshan Yi nationality area and practical prevention and control measures.
