With the rapid development of the construction industry in China,the construction scale continues to expand,and the quality of the industry is constantly improving,but the safety situation of the construction industry is still not optimistic.The safety accidents,especially for the fatal accidents,still occur from time to time.According to the theory of accident cause,the human unsafe behavior is one of the important causes of safety accidents.As the ultimate executor of construction work and the main bearer of accident damage,the behavioral safety of construction workers is the most important for safety management.However,the traditional safety management only emphasizes whether construction workers comply with the various rules and regulations,but ignores the guidance and encouragement of workers' safety initiative and enthusiasm.Different from the safety compliance behavior,the safety citizenship behavior is the initiative and spontaneous safety behavior.The clarification of driving mechanism and proposing corresponding guiding strategy for safety citizenship behavior of construction workers,are of great significance to the improvement of safe consciousness of workers and the transformation from passive to positive safety management for construction industry.Based on the technical route of posing problem,theoretical study,empiricalstudy,simulation study and the solution of the problem,the structure,driving factors and guiding strategies of safety citizenship behavior of construction workers werecarried out,using basic theories and methods of management,behavioral science and psychology.First,based on literature review and industrial investigation,the concept and connotation of construction workers' safety citizenship behavior are defined.On this basis,based on in-depth interviews with experts and practitioners in the construction industry,using the grounded theory three-level coding method,four-dimensional structure of safety citizenship behavior consisting of safety helping behavior,safety responsibility behavior,safety participation behavior and safetyvoice behavior is condensed;The theoretical driving mechanism model of construction workers' safety citizenship behavior wasproposed in the five main categories: construction worker's individual characteristics(safety values orientation,safety ability,regulatory focus),SCB psychological driving factors(safety responsibility,belongingness,role breadth self-efficacy,perceived behavioral control,behavioral effect perception),safety citizenship behavioralintention,contextual factors(social norms,organizational safety climate,safety leadership)and social demographic variables.and the six types of hypotheses were proposed: 1)Individual characteristic factors,SCB psychological driving factors directly affect safety citizenship behavior;2)individual characteristics factors directly affect SCB psychological driving factors;3)SCB psychological driving factors indirectly affect safety citizenship behavior through safety citizenship behavioral intention;4)contextual factors regulate safety citizenship behavioral intention to safety citizenship behavior;5)Safety citizenship behavior has a callback effect on behavioral effect perception and behavioral intention;6)There are significant differences in safety citizenship behavior in social demographic variables.Then,based on the measurement scale of construction workers' safety citizenship behavior and its driving factors developed in this dissertation,based on the large sample data obtained by preliminary and formal surveys,SPSS and AMOS software,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate regression analysis and structural equation model method were used to test the theoretical driving mechanism model of construction workers' safety citizenship behavior.The empirical test results show that there are significant differences in the safety citizenship behavior of construction workers under different ages,education levels,positions,types of work,working age,working hours and contract types.The self-interested values,socialinterested values,safety abilities,prevention focus,promotion focus,safety responsibility,belongingness,role breadth self-efficacy,and perceived behavioral control of construction workers can significantly predict workers' safety citizenship behavior directly.The mediating effect of safety citizenship behavioral intention between safety responsibility,role breadth self-efficacy,perceived behavioral control and safety citizenship behavior is significant,but the mediating effect between belongingness and safety citizenship behavior is not significant.The regulatory role of descriptive norms,injunctive norms,safety-guided behaviors,safety-cared behaviors,safety-controlled behaviors,organizational safety support,organizational safety norms,workers' safety attitudes of contextual factors on the relationship between safety citizenship behavioral intention and safety citizenship behavior is significant.Thirdly,based on the theoretical and data foundation provided by the empirical analysis of the construction workers' safety citizenship driving factors,based on the methods of complex adaptive theory,the Netlogo simulation platform was used to establish a multi-agent simulation system for safety citizenship behavior of construction workers.The intelligence of the worker agent was realized by BP neural network,and the complex mechanism of the internal relationship between the external contextual factors and the construction workers' safety citizenship behavior was verified.By setting different parameters,the workers' safety citizenship behavioral intention and behavior were simulated under different situations.The short-term and long-term dynamic changes fully reflect the role of long-term safety citizenship behavior and behavioral effect perception of workers in real-life situations on the safety citizenship behavioral intention.Finally,based on the results of empiricaland simulation research,a comprehensive guidance system for safety citizenship behavior ofthe construction workers was proposed,including a guiding strategybased on the individual characteristic of the construction workers,a guiding strategy based on individual psychological driving factors,a contextual intervention strategy based on the transformation from behavioral intention to behavior,and a promotion strategy of safety citizenship behavior,and a guiding strategy of strengthening the behavioral effect perception of construction workers.The dissertation consists of48 figures,134 tables and216 references.
