Research On Construction Workers' Safety Management

The change in construction workers' composition demands a corresponding change in construction workers' safety management. As the employment system and building enterprises' system reform are constantly on the way, fundamental changes have taken place in construction workers' body. The management section and labor section have departed from each other and the original first-line workers made up of fixed self-possessed staff have been replaced by migrant workers composed by temporary farmers.
