With the improvement of education level,the new generation of knowledge workers after 1980 s and 1990 s have become the main force in the labor market.At the same time,with the development of social economy,the people's basic material needs have been met,and they begin to pay more and more attention to subjective experience besides basic needs,and to improve the quality of service provided by government administrators.However,the services provided by government administrators are relatively special.In order to enable them to fulfill their duties and improve the quality of service,it is difficult to fully realize the role-based behavior alone.It is necessary to improve people's satisfaction by relying on employee organizational citizenship behavior.Therefore,this paper takes the organizational citizenship behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers in the tax system of H Province as the research object,hoping to contribute to the improvement of their service quality,and then improve the satisfaction of the people.On the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature,starting from the actual situation of the new generation of knowledge workers in H province tax system,this paper establishes the organizational citizenship behavior model of the new generation of knowledge workers in H province tax system.Through the questionnaire survey of the new generation of knowledge workers in H province tax system,the questionnaire is carried out by SPSS software.Validity and reliability analysis,and also analyzed the impact of work environment,work pressure,employee values,leadership,job satisfaction,organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior of the new generation of knowledge workers in H province tax system.Through analysis,this paper finds that the new generation of knowledge workers in H province tax system have bad working mood,high work pressure,unsatisfactory promotion channels for ranks and units,and can not get enough information,equipment,funds and other resources to work in the unit,resulting in uneven job opportunities.In view of these problems,this paper focuses on implementing effective incentive mechanism,emphasizing employees' emotional management,improving performance appraisal system,emphasizing employees' knowledge and skills training,further improving leadership and building excellent tax culture.In order to improve the efficiency of the tax system in H Province and the satisfaction of the people,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
