Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Women From Poor Families In China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually embarked on a path of socialist poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics in its unremitting anti-poverty campaign.It has made remarkable achievements of "shocking the world" for 70% of global poverty reduction,which cannot be separated from the CPC's continuous emphasis on the "half of the sky" role of women in the anti-poverty process.With the rural agricultural production and economic structure showed a distinct "agricultural feminization" structural change,rural women from poor families have become the main object and main force of current poverty alleviation in rural areas.Whether based on the international vision of women's sustainable development,or the current reality of the need to win the battle against poverty,or the self-development appeal of rural women from poor families as the main body,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to research on poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families.It is a crucial part of the overall decisive stage of poverty alleviation and the process of overcoming relative poverty after 2020.For this purpose,using interdisciplinary,system research,comparative analysis,case study,qualitative and quantitative evaluation method and other research methods,this paper emphatically makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families from the aspects of poverty status,theoretical resources,historical process,brand projects,and experience enlightenment,etc.This paper responds to the predicament of poverty alleviation of rural womenfrom poor families with the full theoretical basis and historical experience,in order to promote the majority of rural women from poor families out of poverty as soon as possible,achieve the subject identity transformation,and play women role of "half the sky" in the future anti-poverty cause in a better.Specifically speaking,this paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,in which expounding the study basis,significance and systematic review of the study status at home and abroad,as well asmacroscopically introducing the study ideas,methods and basic content,innovation,etc.The basic logical starting point for the research of the paper is providing by explaining the value of the thesis topic selection,grasping the topic study trends,showing the basic overview of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families in China.On the basis of defining the basic concept of poor,rural poor family and rural women from poor families,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the causes of poverty among rural women from poor families,based on geographical environment,system design,history and culture,social participation,and other dimensions.It systematically expounds the appearance of poverty caused by rural women from poor families in the aspects of poverty degree,health status,education level and feasible ability,as well as the corresponding economic,political,cultural,social and ecological impacts so as to macroscopically show the general situation of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families in China and to lay the foundation for further research.The third chapter is the theoretical resources of poverty alleviation of ruralwomen from poor families.From the four dimensions of classical Marxism,Chinized Marxism,foreign related theories and Chinese traditional culture,this paper correspondingly expounds the Marxist concept of women and the theory of proletarian impoverishment,the thought of women's liberation and the theory of common prosperity and the thought of targeted poverty alleviation,the theory of feasible ability poverty and the thought of feminist economics,the Chinese traditional concept of women and the Chinese traditional concept of poor and rich,and other relevant theoretical thoughts,which provides systematic theoretical support for the whole research.The fourth chapter is the significance and process of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families.Based on the significance of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families to the national five pronged strategy,this paper sorts out the historical practice process of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families,and divides it into four stages to promot poverty alleviation of rural womenVfrom poor families by system reform,development-oriented poverty alleviation,"two-wheel drive" poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation.This paper presents the historical context of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families,and provides a practical basis for exploring the empirical rules of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families from a macro perspective.The fifth chapter is the brand project of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families.From the five poverty alleviation fields of health,science and education,financce,employment and entrepreneurship and society,this paper elaborates and analyzes the development status and operation mode of poverty alleviation projects which including the health poverty alleviation programs such as Mother's health Express Train,the "two cancers" inspection for rural women,and the "reduction and elimination" program,the poverty alleviation programs of science and education such as Spring Bud Program,the "double learning and double comparison" activities and women's science and technology rich project,the financial poverty alleviation programs such as mother microfinance circulation,women guarantee microfinance loans and the mother business circulating money,the poverty alleviation programs of employment and entrepreneurship such as woman domestic service,hand knitting and mother manufacturing,and the social poverty alleviation programs such as Happiness project,mother water cellar and mother parcel,etc.The experience of project poverty alleviation are summarized and the practical materials are provided for exploring the rules of poverty alleviation experience of rural women from poor families from a micro perspective.The sixth chapter is the experience revelation of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families.Combined with the historical practice of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families and based on the subject-object identity of rural women from poor families,this paper reveals the experience and enlightenment of poverty alleviation of rural women from poor families from four perspectives of defining goal orientation which is necessary to realize the overall free development,promote poverty alleviation and prosperity and enhance feasible ability,valuing the subjective initiative which is necessary to stimulate the subjectconsciousness,break away from the shackles of ideology and carry forward the fine qualities,enhancing the comprehensive quality of poverty alleviation which is necessary to raise the level of science and culture,promote employment and entrepreneurship and guarantee the equal development right,strengthening the overall pattern of poverty alleviation which is necessary to adher to the government-led approach,strengthen market orientation and enhance social participation,so as to provide experience following for poverty alleviation of the rural women from poor families in the new era.
