Women Multidimensional Poverty Measurement And Accurate Research For Women Poverty Alleviation

Accurate poverty reduction is one of the important strategic moves to build a comprehensive well-off society,which focus on accurate recognition,accurate support and accurate management.Due to the constraints of the system,the economic,the social and the concept,the poor feminization tendency appears gradually.It is not easy for those poor women who have not high status and weak development ability to have access to the resources and opportunities.So their poor situation are more difficult.In view of this,this article will set poor women as the research object.On the basis of the comprehensive carding of the domestic and overseas research,the multi-dimensional perspective is selected to study the impoverished condition of the poor women in Fujian Province and the accuracy support countermeasures with gender consciousness.First of all,this paper makes a brief review of the domestic and overseas researches on multidimensional poverty and women poverty,introducing the present situation of women's poverty in Fujian province by using the project data and visiting notes.At the same time,this paper chooses to use "Alkire-Foster" method to measure the multidimensional poverty of 790 valid samples of poor women in Fujian province from income,health,education and other 12 dimensions by combing through the development of multidimensional poverty measurements.According to the results,it can be found that the exist poor women in Fujian have deep income,social relations,education and health poverty.The poor women who have relatively lighter degree in multidimensional poverty have significant poverty in social relations,education and health dimension,who have relatively serious multidimensional poverty degree show deep poverty in sanitary fitting,consumer durables and other basic living security dimensions.And the results tells us that we cannot ignore the poor women in developed areas,such like Quanzhou and Zhangzhou.The multidimensional poverty situation of the poor women living in mountanic areas,like Nanping and Longyan,is not optimistic.Secondly,based on the results of multidimensional poverty measure,this paper has carried on a thorough research to the influential factors of poor women multidimensional poverty in Fujian province from the regional characteristics,personal characteristics,family characteristics,political capital and poor cognitive five aspects by using the binary logistic regression model.The study found that more efforts should be focused on the key areas of poverty alleviation and development work and the poor women whose family have more vulnerable groups.The experience of non-agriculture employment and migrant work,more contacts with village cadres can significantly reduce the multidimensional poverty of poor women.At the same time,poor women's subjective consciousness of poverty is worth attention.Finally,under the guidance of the multidimensional poverty theory put forward by Amartya Sen,this paper gives some precise support countermeasures designs for poor women in Fujian province combined with the research conclusion.Continuous attention to the health of the poor women and their families,improve their living environment;Ensure poor women the right to receive education and discourse,perfect its"power construction";Build thorough women working group,strengthen the professional configuration;mobilize multiple subjects step in women poverty alleviation,give play to "elite" power;Incorporate gender consciousness into the system design,improve the accurate support mechanism;Focus on poor women's subjective poverty awareness,establish self development concept.
