Winter Sports Resources Integration And Development Of Research In China

The scarcity of resources is always the permanent topic for restriction of human survival and development.As more and more industry refer to sustainable development strategy,corresponding to the requirement of resource optimization configuration is higher and higher.Sports resources are the causes and conditions for all kinds of physical phenomenon.For a long time,"regionalization" and "characteristic" is always as two characteristics for winter sports resources that are used to.The imbalance of the development of Winter sports resources in China is restricted by of our winter sports sustainable development,and it is definitely one of the important influence factor.The particularity of the winter sports resources puts forward higher request to the optimization of resource configuration,also puts forward a new management idea.This study tried to discuss with timeliness of winter sports resources configuration and development problems,from regional economic theory and resources theory,and other research perspectives,a detailed combing with the process of our winter natural resources and social resources,in the allocation of resources,cultivation,development and utilization of various perspectives,etc,to find out the influence factors of restricting national winter sports resource sustainable development.To improve the efficiency of winter sports allocation of resources,optimize the structure of national winter sports resource allocation,provide theoretical support to early planning and breeding for potential winter sports resource,On the one hand,provide theoretical support for the coming winter Olympic games in Beijing & Zhangjiakou,on the other hand,provide strategic support to achieve the rise of the winter sports in our country and sustainable development,for countries to develop winter sports development strategy and basis for decision-making.This research mainly involves the following important questions:1.The understanding of the winter sports resources,include resources constitute,connotation,characteristics and the present situation in our country.There are both common problems in all sports resources and the characteristics in regional sports resources.2.Refer to winter sports resource allocation and the development and utilization of strategic issues,this is not only regional sports development and management of the problem,but also have the problem of athletic sports and mass sports development,provide theoretical basis for development and management practice of winter sports for resources.3.About the reality of national winter sports resources and integration of development,national winter sports resources have larger gap both in size and number compared to summer sports resources.Since winter sports in deeper and stronger dependence of natural resource,regional features is outstanding,for instance,the development of mountain resources is not enough,national winter sports facilities resources are relatively concentrated,but high standards,high specification venues quantity proportion is not so high,besides,the winter natural human resource quantity is relatively insufficient,funding resources relative shortage,diversity of organizational sources is none but only one,mainly on the government itself,relatively conservative,serious lag in information resource.4.Related to empirical study of resource allocation and development problems for hosting the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing & Zhangjiakou,from resource-based theory to the resource base of Sporting event,assuming that host the winter games competition ability was equivalent to the special resources,it could give a whole new dimension to integrate analysis of national winter project development.As an empirical analysis of the theory,it provides the strategic plan to winter sports resources of Beijing & Zhangjiakou area in overall development.
