A Research Study On Development Policy Of Winter Sports For Beijing Teenagers Under The Framework Of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games

In 2022,China hosted the Winter Olympic Games.It provided a rare historical opportunity for the development of winter sports events under the opportunity.General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the development of China's ice and snow sports,and in particular paid special attention to the popularization of youth ice and snow sports.The "300 million people on ice" national strategic goal was proposed.Ice-snow sports is an important part of school sports.Adolescents are the main force in developing ice-snow sports.This study takes the development policy of the Beijing Adolescent Snow and Ice Movement as the research object,and pays attention to the foundation and background of the development of the Beijing youth snow and ice sports development policy.It systematically analyzes the main factors of the policy formulation,the object,the environment and many other factors;There has been a development policy for ice sports,discussing the development goals and implementation path of the policy,and making suggestions for the implementation of the development policy of the Beijing youth ice and snow sports.Through the analysis of policy foundation,background,goals and execution path,promote the development of youth ice-snow sports,and provide ideas for the training of Olympic ice talent for national ice and snow projects.The main conclusions are as follows:Beijing in China on the basis of ice and snow sports environmental positive development,such as facilities,competition organization and activities,personnel training and operation mode shows great advantages;Beijing ice and snow sports development policy on the basis of national policy,the full implementation of "1 + 7" file,realize the goal of "1248";Beijing under the policy tools to guide,teenage ice and snow sports development policy in the process of optimization,will build "hockey CARDS" in Beijing.Advice:under the background of Beijing to host the winter games in 2022,using policy tools,the improvement of the positive,healthy and rapid construction of our country's ice and snow sports foundation environment;from the level of policy tools,be badly in need of the ice and snow sports development policy tools in young depth adjustment,structural problem with incentive tools market vitality,and communities in snow and ice formation to power tools to promote the development of the ice and snow sports policy;in the aspect of policy implementation,to be steadfast to the ground,to make snow event,meaningful,influence of snow and ice activities,ice and snow brand,cultivation of ice and snow culture,correctly guide teenagers ice and snow sports participation;government departments should not only pay attention to the policy itself,scientific planning,effective implementation,ensure that all the stakeholders in policy driven role fully involved in the development of the ice and snow sports.
