This dissertation started mainly from the internal crisis of Chinese current teaching theory, the helpless station of “two sheets of skin” in theory and practice, transition expectation of this "real confusion" in teaching research paradigm, recognizing that the main reason for this kind of crisis lies in the long-term deviation of the research object. As the traditional teaching theory, which emphasizes researching teaching theory, it has become the mainstream of academic research. The source of the modern teaching theory of classroom teaching life is despised and neglected. The breakthrough of resolving the crisis of teaching theory lies in the transformation of teaching research paradigm.Historically, every paradigm of teaching reform or transformation is accompanied by the demands of teaching practice. There are many factors that affect the teaching research paradigm, such as the development of the logic of teaching theory itself, philosophy, pedagogy, psychology and so on, but one of the important factors is the development of teaching practice. Paradigm is the most fundamental growth point and power. The aims of traditional teaching research were described the facts of teaching, investigated the causes and conditions of teaching phenomena, and thus revealed the regularity of the connection, that is, answering the question of "what is teaching". From the vertical perspective, the research is placed on the history of teaching thinking and theory of research, from the horizontal view, is placed on the foreign teaching theory and thinking of the translation, more in the study of literature in the " By the philosophy " type of game. Modern teaching theory clearly pointed out that the object of teaching research is the phenomenon of teaching and its laws, the paradigm of study will inevitably transition to the classroom, to practical research. Exposure to the classroom, exposure to effective teaching, teaching research will certainly be the origin. We see that, generally more influential educational theory or research results were derived from teaching practice research, from the classroom research. Babbansky' development teaching theories and optimal teaching theory, Bruner' structuralist teaching theory, Bloom's theory of goal-oriented, etc., all of these had experienced the exploration and the formation of the theory. With the development of subject teaching and the different understanding of student development, the old teaching theory cannot explain or guide the practice when it called for the birth of a new teaching theory, the emergence of new teaching theory sometimes need a new perspective, New methods, so the new teaching research paradigm would appear. Teaching research was to explain and guide the practical problems, must be oriented to the reality of practical teaching, rooted in teaching practice, in order to integrate theory and practice in the search for the growth of theory, the formation of practical development of research paradigm. Therefore, in order to effectively take the current teaching practice as a breakthrough, to study the transformation of teaching research paradigm need the times, because it was the "real problem" of teaching research.Since the birth of teaching activities, effective teaching always was the ideal pursuit of educational researchers and practitioners, it presented to us from the historical trajectory, it was to solve the "real confusion" and "should be seeking", it also was The Growing Point and Motive Force of current teaching research. The phenomenon of "inefficiency" and "inefficiency" in traditional teaching called for the transformation of teaching research paradigm. The current reform and implementation of basic education, advocacy effective classroom teaching, which gave people a new way of thinking, new knowledge, new methods, new action strategies and so on. From the practice, effective classroom teaching would study the starting point on this, such as teacher behavior, research discourse, what to teach, how to teach, what to learn, how to learn, How to design teaching, what is the strategy, how to evaluate "effective" research, all these questions would lead to the transformation of teaching paradigm. In this study, "effective teaching" as the starting point of the input, the transformation of teaching research paradigm as the output of the study, its value lied in this, which was to solve teaching and learning "real confusion" inevitable solution.The purpose of this study was to find out the necessary elements of the paradigm of teaching research, that was, what kind of questions to turn to, to find out the relationship between the effective teaching and teaching research paradigm of the connotation, characteristics and structure. At the same time, we logically deduced the transition path of teaching research paradigm, that is, how to transfer the problem. This paper analyzed the background and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching research paradigms in different dimensions, clarifies the process of the transformation of the teaching research paradigm, and predicts the trend of future teaching research paradigm on the basis of criticism, analyzes the paradigm again and again. The reason of transformation would provide effective theoretical support for the research of effective teacher behavior, the study of effective instructional design, the study of effective teaching methods and the effective evaluation. The transformation of teaching research paradigm would inevitably lead to the emergence of new teaching theory. It was believed that the new teaching research paradigm, which taken effective teaching as the research starting point, would play a creative role in the theoretical research of teaching theory.Based on these researches, the specific contents of this paper were summarized as follows:Firstly, research questions. By analyzing the present situation of the crisis in teaching theory, this dissertation searched for the origin of the research question, adopted the literature research method, studied the current situation of the effective teaching and teaching research paradigm, put forward the purpose and significance of this research, clarified the research method, design, research objectives, research ideas, research content and technical routes, put forward innovative ideas.Secondly, research process. Through the definition of the concept, clear paradigm, teaching research paradigm, teaching research paradigm transition and other core concepts, and effective teaching of teaching theory and learning theory to sort out the theoretical basis of this study; take the theoretical study of effective classroom, the traditional instructional design, the traditional teaching purpose, the traditional instructional teaching media, the teaching process, the traditional teaching method, the traditional teaching and learning, as well as the traditional teaching evaluation and so on. This paper pointed out that teaching research paradigm provided methodological guidance for classroom effective teaching, and classroom effective teaching was the growth point and motive force for current teaching research paradigm. Taking the West as an example, paradigm transformation trajectory of education research had been outlined from the angle of educational philosophy, which provides a reference for looking for the characteristics and structure of teaching research paradigm,by using the method of comparison, the author pointed out that the teaching research paradigm was effective in classroom teaching, analyzed the connotation of the paradigm, analyzed the characteristics of the teaching research paradigm, and put forward its structural indicators, revealed its function lies in the analysis of theoretical and theoretical research. This paper has classified and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of teaching research paradigm in different dimensions, answered the question of how to transfer teaching research paradigm, looked for the trajectory and characteristics of the teaching research paradigm under different dimensions and finds the process of the transformation of the teaching research paradigm, analyzed the future trend of the teaching research paradigm from the methodology dimension, problem solving dimension and multi- With predictions. The paradigm transformation of teaching research paradigm would be the inevitable result of the future.
