Classroom teaching, as the central role for all universities, is the main channel to cultivate and provide high-level professionals for the society. The classroom teaching paradigm is the full name of the educational value standard,teaching viewpoints and teaching behavior , which are acknowledged by teachers and students in classroom teaching area. It restricts the concrete measures of higher school class teaching. According to different theatrical sources of teaching paradigm, the college teaching paradigm is grouped into two kinds in this thesis: the teaching Paradigm of Objectivism and the teaching Paradigm of Constructivism, with objectivism and constructivism as their theatrical basis respectively.The Paradigm applied mostly in China is the teaching Paradigm of Objectivism, with objectivism as its basis. This paradigm approves the objectivism of knowledge, and looks knowledge acquisition as a exterior process,and views it as the main aim to master the knowledge systematically for classroom teaching. This paradigm can be efficient enough in helping students acquire the basic skills in a short time. It also has made a great contribution to the industrialized society,in which people have been pursuing the work efficiency. With the advent of the economy society based on knowledge, the abuse that focus on knowledge rather than latent; on book rather than practice; on teaching rather than experience; on acception rather than reflection; on scores rather than capability ,has been a stumbling block for the development of college students.With the rising of constructivism in China, it gave a great challenge to the objective paradigm applied in the universities and at the same time provides the theoretical basis to the new classroom teaching paradigm: the teaching Paradigm of Constructivism. According to the teaching Paradigm of Constructivism, teaching is an educational process with creating and constructing meanings. It′s a constructive process in which the students are active enough and comprehend the knowledge and the meaning themselves. According to the disadvantages of objective paradigm, it puts forward the basic ideas of classroom teaching paradigm reform in China's colleges and universities as follows: the goal is development of the students'unlimited potential; the content is college life and practice; the basic method is reflection and creativity; the main mode is the constructive learning; an important supplement is the study of network.
