Research On The Realization Path Of The Cultural Education Function Of The Apartment In Colleges And Universities

Student apartment is an important place to cultivate students.As apartment culture embodies strong humanistic atmosphere of higher education institutions.Educating people is the core of moral education,and the construction of apartment culture is an important carrier of moral cultivation higher education institutions.With the reform and development of the education system,the ideological and political work of students has gradually extended from the teaching area to the living area,therefore,the importance of apartment culture on the growth of students is becoming more vital.In order to meet the new requirements of ideological and political education of college students in the new era,and the basic concept of "education first,moral education first",higher education institutions should constantly strengthen the theoretical research and practical work of the construction apartment culture,improve college students' understanding of apartment culture,upgrade the management level of higher education institutions,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students.There are five chapters in paper.The first chapter sorts out the relevant research results home and abroad on the basis of the elaboration on the research background and significance,which lays a foundation for the preliminary research results,and provides a breakthrough point for this research.Chapter two expounds the main concepts and related theoretical basis,which lays the foundation on how to carry out this study.Chapter three is a survey on the construction of apartment culture of Quzhou College of Technology.It is found that there are some special works,including students' self-education,self-management,self-service education," 3221 " principles which enables all the staffs to contact with students in the apartment,community system of different schools,and teaching by lively activities.In addition,analysis are made from the aspects of students' basic information,students' apartment life situation,the construction of apartment culture to probe the current situation of education of apartment culture.Based on the above case,the fourth chapter makes a summary of problems that need to be solved urgently during the construction of apartment culture,which includes the weak awareness of students' participation in the construction apartment culture,the insufficient suportof the construction team,insufficient space and lack of connotation,etc..the corresponding reasons are analyzed.The fifth chapter proposes solutions to the existing problems from the perspective of both theory and practice,and makes supplements for the implementation path of apartment management education in higher education institutions,which covers strengthening the rational belief education,changing the management idea,improving the students awareness,improving the apartment facilities,beautifying the apartment cultural environment,optimizing the network environment,upgrading the apartment management system,standardizing the system implementation procedures,strictly implementing the apartment management system,enriching the connotation of apartment cultural activities,condensing apartment cultural brand,innovating student autonomy management mode and other methods to explore new carriers and effective ways so as to realize the function of educating people by the construction of apartment culture.The construction of apartment culture is a systematic project,which involves a wide range of aspects and various aspects,coves all aspects of campus work.Higher education institutions should timely change their working ideas,innovate ways and methods of talent cultivation,and improve the ideological and moral cultivation of college students and train socialist successors by carrying out positive,healthy and harmonious apartment culture construction.
