Recent years,with the continuous deepened reform of high vocational education, a higher requirement was asked for class culture construction of upgraded students. Class is a basic platform for the growth and the development of the upgraded students during college time.Students class culture construction was put as an entry point for for enhancing students’comprehensive qualities.This paper describes the upgraded student class cultural connotations,and focus on humanism theory, learning organization theory, organizational culture theory,multiple intelligences theory, hierarchy of needs theory and other aspects of the basic theory of the class culture construction. At the same time it analyses the importance of class culture construction from these aspects of improving the upgraded students’comprehensive qualities,enhancing counselors and teacher professionalism, and promoting the development of school culture. From the basis of work practice summary and survey we conclude that the content of class culture construction was scattered and the main participation rate was not high. At the same time it analyses the reason of class culture construction from the ways of the society, schools, teachers and students. At last it offers the strategy about strengthening the upgraded student culture construction,which emphasizes in raising the degree of school attention, strengthening the professionalism of the teachers and tutors and improving students’ ideological and political education.
