A Study On The Conflict Of Ethnic Village Scenic Area In The View Of Ecological Psychology

The ethnic village scenic area is a new form of organization,which is developed during the interactive process of tourism environment and social environment of the village.Its internal and external relations changes reflect the changes of social environment in ethnic areas.Frequent occurrence of all types of conflicts in scenic areas will affect the ethnic village social harmony as well as the sustainable development of minority areas.The development of ethnic village area is based on the original socio-ecological environment.The change of its organization gives expression to the corresponding uniformity of its social environment.It is necessary to begin with the whole social environment relations,then to probe about the organization's conflicts.With the study on the relationship between the socio-ecological environment and the organization relationship,we can grasp the conflicts and the environment's internal relationship as well as the mechanism of action,thus to realize the sustainable development and the overall coordination of the organization and social environment.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:1?Theoretical research(1)Clarify the integrated relationship between the complex organization and the socio-ecological environmentOrganization is the basic unit of social system.In the process of the integration of social environmental relations,the interrelationship among the organization,the social environment and the natural environment is becoming more remarkable.This promotes the development and change of the organization's attribute and connotation.The complex organization is the product of the interaction and coordination between the organization and the socio-ecological environment.There is an internal connection between organization's attribute and connotation and the socio-environment.And the above three factors are synthetically unified with manifestation from three main angles:organization structure,relationship and culture.(2)Put forward the hypothesis of the unification of the relationship between organization conflict and socio-ecosystem.The essence of the conflict is the responding of the interrelationship of main bodies in this relationship.Compound conflicts are covered in the complex relationship of main bodies.The interrelationship between organizational conflict and socio-ecosystem can be deduced from their integrity.This is based on the holistic,systematic and organic relationship of the metatheory of ecological psychology.(3)Construct the framework of conflict analysisThis paper analyzes the main bodies' relationship of complex organization,based on the theoretical basis and the theory of ecological psychology.Through the study of the connotation,structure and function of the complex organization,as well as the interrelationship between the organization and the socio-ecological environment,this paper constructs the framework of organizational conflict analysis.It does not only analyze the conflict of the compound organization with the framework of organizational conflict analysis,also analyze the internal relationship between the organizational conflict and the socio-ecological environment,and thereby studies the three-dimension system of the conflict.2?Empirical research(1)The uniformity of the organization conflict of Xijiang scenic area change and the change of socio-ecological environmentThe research of the organization conflict of Xijiang scenic area is based on the framework of organizational conflict analysis and the changes of the socio-ecological environment of the Xijiang Miao village before and after the tourism development.The study found out:before the tourism development,the center conflict of Xijiang Miao village is social conflicts that are main about the conflicts of daily life and the conflicts of land property.It is responding with its agricultural ecological social relationship.After the development of tourism.Xijiang scenic area's organization conflict became a conflict composite system which includes both the conflict between management and the villagers as well as the conflict of land property which is mainly about economic conflict.This is corresponding to the compound nature of the scenic spots and the status quo of the complex socio-ecological environment.(2)Construction of Xijiang scenic area organization conflict systemBased on the "economic and social" compound socio-ecological environment in Xijiang scenic spot,through all levels of conflict between the main structure and material analysis,this article clarifies the material structure and relationship of organizational conflict.At the meanwhile,from the main body's develop sequence of time,through the interaction process of the organizational main body,that is the specific management of management group to villagers,this article analyzes the comflict process.Combined with the system of the whole space and time perspective,this article studies about the compound attribute,categories,relationship and features of Xijiang scenic area organization conflict,and then it constructs a system model of Xijiang scenic area organization conflict.(3)Construction of ecological development of organizational conflict management According to the relationship between organizational conflict and socio-ecological unity concept,the paper put forward the ecological development construction of the conflict management through analyzing and studying about the Xijiang scenic area organization conflict system.This paper,based on its global concept,focusing on specific conflict of organizational level,sets up a multi-objective system and also constructs a benign and opening environment for the development of the organization through building a favorable internal and external organization relationship..3?Primary innovations(1)Based on the study the organization conflict based on the whole social environment,as well as puts forward the concept of ecological management of organizational conflict.This research is fairly significant for the ecological development of organizational psychological research,organizational conflict mechanism,as well as study on the rule of development research.Additionally,this paper also contains important practical meaning for the systematic research on the organizational conflict in specific environment.In order to understand the orientation and feature of the organization development in the changing environment,our next step should be strengthening the study about the adaptive process and difference of the compound organization environment,and then analyze the process of conflict transformation.
