The past more than 10 years,ethnic villages in China achieved brilliant results on poverty reduction through tourism poverty alleviation and development.But at the same time of economic development,ethnic villages poverty alleviation also highlighted new issues—participating in tourism development of ethnic village appeared the conflict of interests between the various subjects and gradually intensified.This paper takes the Miao Village in Xijiang County,Guizhou Province as an example to understand the conflict of interests between the villagers and the government,the villagers and the tourism companies,the villagers and the foreign traders,the villagers and the villagers in the process of tourism development.And based on Burt's theory of "structure hole",from a new point of view that the internal causes of conflict—there is a structural holes but there is no bridge,and "bridging the hole" has become an effective way to ease the local conflicts of interest.At the same time,the paper analyzes the advantage of "bridging" to the social work in the view of structural hole.Combined with the theory of empowerment to further exploring the role and intervention path that the social work in the involvement of Xijiang Miao Village in the tourism conflict of interest by "bridging the hole".This study mainly includes the following six parts:The first part,the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the literature review at domestic and international,the basic ideas and methods of the research,the difficulties and innovations of the research,and so on.The second part,research perspective and the definition of related concepts.This part introduces the main concepts of this study and their operational definitions in this study,including conflicts of interest,national social work and social work.Then,introducing the two main theories of this study: structural hole theory and theory of enpowerment,and constructs the theoretical framework of this paper.The third part,Guizhou Xijiang Miao Village and the conflicts of interests.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of Miao Village in Xijiang,Guizhou,and highlights the typical and representative of case study.Secondly,it summarizes the basic situation of the conflict of tourism in Xijiang Miao Village.Finally,it analyzes the causes of conflict of interest in Xijiang Miao Village tourism is "a hole without a bridge" and proposed to ease the local conflicts of interest can be introduced into social work "bridging holes".The fourth part,the necessity and feasibility of social work "bridging the hole".First of all,pointing out that the local villagers themselves can not solve the problem of conflict of interest by analyzing the actual situation of Xijiang Miao Village.At the same time,government intervention and market regulation have also failed,highlighting the necessity of social work "bridging hole".Secondly,analyzing the feasibility of social work "bridging hole" through the social work of "value neutrality","advantage perspective" and "help person self".The fifth part,the role and path about the social work "bridging the hole".Combined with the specific analysis of Xijiang Miao Village,the role and path of social work intervention in Xijiang Miao Village tourism interests conflict under the theory framework of structural hole and empowerment.The six part,Conclusion.Summarizing the research conclusion and the insufficiency,and puting forward the future research prospects.
