Collective project teams of ball games are sports teams composed by members with different physical fitness,technical ability,physical quality,mental level,and different roles and positions.The sports team in young athletes' growth process often plays a mediating role,social role,social bully effect and complementary effect.The continuous development of the theory of sport organization behavior,more and more scholars at home and abroad have studied the influence of team member relationship on team sports performance from the perspective of team behavior.The football team belongs to the coordination team according to their interdependence.It is owned by the learning team according to its membership and internal behavior.Depending upon the competition theory team,it belongs to the team of cooperation and competition.The football team not only holds the characteristics of the traditional team,but also has certain particularity.It is worth in-depth analysis and research.The purpose of this study is to study the impact mechanism of team interaction on team effectiveness of young soccer players,and build a relational model of team interaction dimensions and team effectiveness.Untie the black box of team interaction and team effectiveness in a football team,and provide an organizational behavioral basis for improving the level of youth soccer training and management in China.In order to provide a new perspective of team behavior and a high reliability and validity measurement tool for the selection and training monitoring of young football players in the future.This study takes 46 soccer teams from 30 national football demonstration schools in two provinces of Liaoning and Jilin,1077 young players aged 13-18 years old are the samples of this research.Based on the research paradigm of organizational behavior,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of team interaction on team effectiveness of adolescent soccer players,and puts forward 36 main effect hypotheses,15 mediation effects hypotheses and 5 moderating effect hypothesis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1 Team cohesion and team trust is the important antecedent variable of team interaction and team effectiveness,and is the basis of effective youth football team.Team cohesion and team trust have a direct and positive effect on team effectiveness.Team trust and team communication are the mediating variables between team cohesion and team effectiveness.Team learning and team communication are the intermediary variables between team trust and team effectiveness.The coaches' leadership behavior has a moderating effect on the relationship between team trust and team effectiveness,team cohesion and team effectiveness.The young football players in a team with high level of team cohesion and team trust,team members can have a strong sense of belonging to the team and consistency,to make the team more harmonious atmosphere,alleviate the pressure of the game players,to maintain the stable development of the team.A high level of team cohesion and team trust can make players with more efficiency between each other,the players each other feelings deepened,so that they can better promote the development of personal relationships,team learning efficiency and the level of communication,enhance the team's task performance and cooperation satisfaction.2 In the relationship model of team interaction and team effectiveness,team communication,team learning and team reflection are important intermediate variables in the relationship between team interaction and team effectiveness.Team communication and team reflection are not influenced by mediators and moderating variables directly on team effectiveness.Team learning has an effect on team effectiveness through team communication as a part of the mediation variable.Team communication,team learning and team reflection mainly play a part in the interaction of team interaction dimensions and team effectiveness.The training of young football players is a process of education and teaching in essence,based on social learning theory and the theory of the zone of proximal development,and interact in teenagers than their knowledge and skills with high levels of peer learning efficiency is the highest,in youth soccer team interaction process,many interactive behavior is influenced team effectiveness through this way to enhance the ability of young football athletes' communication,learning and rethinking.3 The coaches' leadership behavior is an important moderating variable that regulates the relationship between team interaction and team effectiveness of teenage football players.The coaches' leadership behavior(training guidance behavior,social support behavior,democratic behavior)has a positive effect on team effectiveness.Team psychological authorization plays a part of a mediating role between the coaches' leadership behavior and team effectiveness.Regulation of coaches' leadership behavior is mainly reflected in the following:(1)to coordinate the relationship between members;(2)guide the team members to achieve team goals;to correct and guide;(3)on the behavior of members;(4)equal treatment of each team member to make the team a benign development in mutual effect.4 Team support and team interdependence are social context variables that influence team interaction on team performance.They reflect interpersonal relationships and coordination among teams,as well as the influence of team social situations on individual interaction behavior.The results of this study show that team support and team interdependence have a positive effect on team effectiveness.Team reflection and team communication are the intermediary variables between team support and team effectiveness.Team identity and team communication are the mediators of team interdependence and team effectiveness.Support team and team interdependence of interaction among members in accordance with the principle of mutual exchange of social exchange theory,team support can improve the initiative of cooperation between members of the mutual support between team members of the team is the source of power,is conducive to improve the skill level and target efficiency of team members;the overall level of youth communication football team interdependence can affect their team identity,teammates ability and behavior identity,coaches' leadership behavior recognition and promotion team.5 Team conflict is the only variable in team interaction that has some negative and destructive effects on team effectiveness.The results of this study show that task conflict in team conflict has a no impact on team effectiveness,emotional conflict has a negative effect on team effectiveness,team learning,team conflict and team performance in the fully mediated process of team interaction has a positive regulatory role of team conflict and team performance.The study found that task conflict has no influence on team effectiveness among young athletes is due to cognitive differences,youth football players are still not able to distinguish between task conflict and affective conflict is very good,in the process of conflict will shift to the emotional conflict task conflict,so the team conflict characteristics of adolescent soccer players to emotional conflict.Emotional conflict will have a negative impact on team learning,and destroy the ability of the experiment,communication,reflection and record in the whole team learning,so that the overall learning level of team members will be reduced.Whether team members can truly grasp the real information in the process of team interaction,rational analysis and solve the problem at the same time,members can face in the process of interaction and emotional care of other members,attention to each other feelings,and other dimensions of self-confidence is the key process of team interaction can effectively regulate the effects of team conflict on team effectiveness.
