| The enterprise university of HX company has been facing challenges from the conflicts between the increasing business and the limited human resources since the first half year of 2014.This article investigates the current team effectiveness status of work teams in the university with identifying the specific problems as well as the possible solutions.In this paper,firstly,literature review is conducted;secondly,the effectiveness of work teams in HX company’s enterprise university is investigated through questionnaire survey and deep interviews.It is found that the factors contributing to work teams effectiveness are task variety,self-management,task allocation,interdependence of contribution and rewards.The article suggests below managerial solutions:(1)streamline the current work domains to broaden the individual career development;(2)offer more empowerment to the work team;(3)optimize the work allocation mechanism;(4)make clear principles of work allocation and benefit distribution;(5)Optimize composition structure,recruit top talents in the industry,as well as the outstanding graduators from campus. |
