The China career is a long-term and arduous task,the campus football is one indispensable part in carrying out the campus football in the football training of "spirit" indispensable "spirit".The football culture,"team spirit" is one of the core content.The definition of team spirit through a comprehensive literature for the team.Spirit refers to the football technique and strategy under the guidance of the global knowledge oriented,according to the role of team members,cooperative mutual cooperation servo duties and powers,formation,win understanding,understanding and behavior selection.Wenjing high school football team team spirit Shaanxi city of Xi'an Province as the research object of investigation;For example,48 football team members from Wenjing Middle School in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,and 24 football school team members from Wenjing Middle School in Shaanxi Province were selected.The methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,expert interview,field investigation were used.The mathematical statistics method is used as the research method,and the non-equal group experiment without pre-test is used to carry on the experiment,and the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,the students of Xi'an Wenjing Middle School football team have a higher sense of competition than that of a team;they lack the overall situation in their thinking;they attach more importance to their personal interests in terms of their interests.In terms of team behavior,there is a lack of communication among the players.In team spirit,there is cognitive deviation between competition consciousness and cooperation consciousness,and the character is independent and has its own thought.Secondly,through questionnaires,expert interviews and in-depth interviews with students after the game,it is found that the main reasons for the students' problems are as follows: internal reasons,that is,the students' personal factors,But this is not the only factor that determines the formation of the team spirit,and this factor is a small part of the formation of the team spirit.The school factor,the family factor,this is the important factor.The formation of students' values is directly guided by school education and family education.Finally,the corresponding training strategies are put forward according to the problems.1)on the question of cultivating students' team understanding,first,teachers should change their concept of football class,combine football skills with team spirit,and secondly,students should have clear team cognition.Finally,teachers in the family should lead by example,the harmonious family can not only cultivate the students' team cognition,but also enhance the students' team understanding.2)on the question of cultivating students' team behavior,teachers should follow certain principles to carry on scientific teaching to students,and the methods should be suitable for the students' physical and mental characteristics at the present stage,and combine football skills with team spirit;Students should actively take part in collective activities,define their own position,integrate into the collective,realize the great strength of the team,exercise their self-confidence and enhance their self-confidence in the team,and at the same time,they should have skilled skills.The quality of skills also affects the cultivation of students' understanding of the team.3)on the question of cultivating team spirit,teachers should educate students in ideology,sublimate students' team knowledge and behavior under the background of campus culture,and at home,parents should help students to set up correct values.At the same time in the action to guide the student's team consciousness,finally forms the team spirit.
