Research On The Internal Relations Of CBA League From The Perspective Of Field Theory

This paper explains the contents systematically such as the operational space of CBA league,the interest demands of various action subjects,the capital distribution within the field,the formation of the field rules and the practical logic of the actors etc.with the help of the core concepts "field,capital,habitus" of the field theory,through the methods of literature,interview,observation and so on.In this way,it analyzes the relationship structure within the field of the CBA league comprehensively,points out the influence of this relationship structure on the development of the league,and puts forward countermeasures to perfect the field relation combining with reality,in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the CBA League.The main findings are as follows:1)The CBA league is an organic whole composed of multiple stakeholders,in which "interest" is the core factor to maintain and influence the relationships among the main actors in the CBA league.All actors participate in the game of CBA league field basing on their own interest demands.In the operation of CBA league,in order to obtain a more favorable field position to ensure the realization of their own interests,the main bodies need to cooperate with each other,and have to compete fiercely in some ways.2)Political capital is the most important capital which affects the field rules of the CBA League.Because of its political capital,the Chinese Basketball Association has acquired the dominant power of the field struggle,and occupies the leading position in the field of CBA league,which fundamentally determines the establishment of the internal institutional framework and the making of the rules of the game in the current field.Other subjects mainly rely on other types of capital to enter the field of CBA league and participate in the construction of the field,they continuously influence the existing field rules through their own capital,and tries their best to adjust the existing field rules in favor of themselves,thus promoting the continuous revision and perfection of the field rules.3)The action strategies of the actors in the field of CBA league are the concrete plans of action which drawn up on the basis of studying and judging the developmental situation of the CBA league,are the specific game mode among the various actors.What plays a driving role in these action strategies is the habitus.On the one hand,the action strategies of the actors are conducive to ensuring the realization of their field interests,which to a certain extent solidifies the existing field rules;on the other hand,they have an important impact on the reallocation of capital within the field,the adjustment of the field position among actors and the internal rules of the field,and then affect the relationships among the actors and the development of the whole field.4)The strategies for perfecting the internal relations of the CBA league field mainly include: constructing the interest community of CBA league;rationally allocating the resources and interests within the CBA league;dividing the property right of the league reasonably to ensure the rights and interests of investors;paying attention to the interest claims of other subjects to ensure the realization of their rights and interests;readjusting the internal capital of the field and constructing a new internal relationship structure;shaping good behavior habitus,gradually improving the irregularities in the league;exerting the active role of the government in the adjustment of the internal relations of CBA League fields.5)It is necessary to gradually weaken the dominant position of political capital in the field of CBA league,to reduce the interference of administrative factors in the development of CBA league;further respect the important position of economic capital and professional and technical capital,to establish the dominance of investors in the discourse power of development in the league,and in the decision-making authority of important issues,etc.gradually,to play an important role of professional and technical capital in the operation and management of the league.improve the development efficiency of the CBA League.
