The rapid development of information technology has made human society enter the era of artificial intelligence.In the past,the traditional education system,which aims at cultivating the knowledge and skilled talents,will not support the needs of talent in the new era.It has become an international consensus to redesign schools to meet the complex challenges of future society.In response to the demand of the times,school education,which aims to cultivate the main purpose,will develop towards the direction of humanization,liberalization,diversification and individuation.As an important carrier of education teaching activities,the school organization will inevitably change with it.In this context,how to make organizational change is a particularly important research topic.At present,the research on school organizational change is relatively scarce,and it focus on the perspective of management and leaders,the relationship between student development and organizational change has not attracted enough attention from scholars.Facing the demands of education development in the new era,it will be of theoretical significance and practical value to discuss the reform of the school organization based on the students' standpoint.School organization refers to institutions that educate people,educators and other members of a school to collaborate in a certain way-in order to achieve the goal of educating people,and operate according to certain rules and norms.Generally speaking,there are three types of school organization:student organization,teacher organization and management organization.Among them,student organizations are mostly participants in education teaching activities,and sometimes are leaders.The function of teachers' organization and management organization is mainly to provide services for the growth and development of student organizations.From the perspective of student's standpoint,we found that the school organization was chaotic in the early stage,that is,there is no specific school organization,only the function of school organization.With the emergence and development of class teaching system,there appeared the most common student organization:class organization,after that it gradually become diversified types,more and more orderly,and formed the hierarchical organization structure.In the evolution of the whole school organization,people pay close attention to the different levels of student development due to various factors such as social development needs and so on,presented the different types of student standpoint.From ontology functions of school education and the status of the students in the school education,to promote students' development is the kernel of school organizational change,the characteristics of students' self-development and the social development demand in modern times call for organizational change based on students' comprehensive and individualized development standpoint.Through the comprehensive investigation of student organization,teacher organization and management organization change,we can see that some schools in different parts of our country have made great efforts and contributions to change,and have provided us with valuable experience and lessons.At the same time,we can also see that there are still some other places that are not satisfactory enough to be changed.In general,at present,the majority of school organizational change still takes students' knowledge acquisition and ability growth as the starting point,and the change is less concerned with the individualized development of the students.Change emphasizes the improvement of organizational effectiveness and the lack of concern for people.Lack of systematic planning,resulting in trivial changes.There are homogeneity tendencies in transformation form and lack of analysis of school sentiment.The change of school organization is not produced naturally,but with" person" as the beginning,with "person" as the aim,the pattern of school organization Change is the result of the external factors of education system,education policy and the internal factors such as curriculum,personnel,school system,etc.Among them,the education system,education policy is the motivation,support and guarantee of school organizational change,education system influence the direction of the school organizational change,determines the set of organizations,and the relationship between the organizations,education policy created the conditions for school organizational change,and have the effect of value guidance and practice guidance.Curriculum,principals,teachers,students and school systems affect the practical effects of organizational change.Organizational change can be made from multiple levels based on the students' comprehensive and individualized development standpoint.First of all,we must improve the relevant laws and regulations and systems of school reform,optimized the allocation mechanism of resources,so as to create a suitable environment for schools change;Second,we planned the change roundly according to the three questions "where is the school now?Where are we going?Thirdly,to construct a curriculum system suitable for each student's personality development with multi-dimensional curriculum integration,development diversity,selective courses and setting up private customized courses;Finally,the headmaster,through the construction of a common vision of change,sharing power,forming the mechanism of personnel participation in the transformation of schools to gather all kinds of forces to forma joint effort to promote organizational change.
