Rapid economic development has led to the growing demands for sports fitness in China.More and more experience and technology about the sports industry has been introduced into China from foreign countries.The 13 th Five Year Plan also vigorously fosters the sports industry development from the policy.The sports industry has become a sunrise industry in China.The whole people set off a sports boom.The demand for stadiums surges and there is a great room for development.Of course,this is followed by a more severe market competition environment,and higher requirements are put forward for stadiums.An organizational change on the internal management and external operations of the stadiums is required to follow these changes.How to adapt to the existing market environment has become a major problem to be solved today.In China,most of large and medium-sized stadiums belong to state-owned institutions.The existing system limits the development of the stadiums,and it is difficult for them to adapt to the needs of China's sports market.An internal organizational change is inevitable.To overcome the existing difficulties and achieve early success before system reform,how to smoothly implement the organizational change on the stadiums and how to optimize,integrate and reasonably allocate the internal resources is the key.Based on the theory of organizational change in enterprise management,this paper studied the organization and management status of the people's stadium,summarized the existing organizational diagnosis and analyzed its influencing factors based on the support of the national policies to promote the rapid development of the sports industry,the impetus for the rapid development of sports fitness industry,people's professional and daily needs of sports fitness and other dimensions,and developed appropriate solutions.It also analyzed the internal and external factors influencing the organizational change of the people's stadium,and designed the relevant measures for the people's stadium to carry out the organizational change according to the relevant internal and external motivations,including the goal of organizational change,job setting,resistance,resistance elimination,etc.To get rid of the plight of the people's stadium,organizational change is an inevitable choice.It can improve the people's stadium's operating efficiency and lay a solid foundation.While carrying out the organizational change,the stadium and its staff will have a stronger competitiveness and viability.
