With the deepening of China’s higher education reform and development, the focus of innovation in higher education shift gradually from the macro level to the micro level. Through the the University internal system reform, the establishment of the system is conducive to the development of the University, and to adjust the relationship between the academic power and administrative power, the institutional obstacles to solve the long-term constraints and the impact of the development of the University, being more and more profound understanding. Faculty formation of Peking University since2000, opened the prelude to the reform of Chinese Universities Faculty. Subsequently, Beijing Normal University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University and a number of schools has Faculty reform. According to incomplete statistics, a total of more than10universities in setting the Faculty.Departure from the reform of the system of the Faculty of Education, Shenyang Normal University, the paper uses literature, interviews, case law to collect and analyze data, to examine the reform of our University Faculty of Shenyang Normal University Faculty of Education system reform, Shenyang Normal University Faculty of Education, the process of reform, and reform issues to sort out, the last of Shenyang Normal University Faculty of Education reform suggest improvements. Specifically, the paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. The paper presents the background and research purposes, research, literature review, research significance, research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is a relevant concept. First define the connotation and extension of the concept of disciplinary organization, discipline of organizational change, the Faculty of Education system. Turn to do the analysis of the characteristics of the Faculty as well as the analysis of our country and of the Normal University’s Faculty of reform do.The third chapter is mainly for the analysis of the current situation, problems and causes of Shenyang Normal University, the Faculty of Education system reform.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis in Chapter III of Shenyang Normal University, the Faculty of Education Reform.
